H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Good food, friendly workers and good ambience

La comida muy básica y las instalaciones me falto un ascensor, supongo que para la gente mayor los ubicará en el bajo.

酒店對面有超市、很多餐廳和租車店，離海灘也非常近！非常方便！酒店內設計了很多小童遊玩的設施，晚上有為孩子準備的演出，適合帶孩子旅行的家庭！酒店離各個景點的距離適中，離機場也不遠，建議租車遊玩

Set in a small resort with a beautiful beach about a 5 minute walk across the road, and a small lively square about a 15 minute walk at the top of road with bars, cafés, restaurants & shops. Outside the hotel is a bus stop for the local bus service it was very efficient and inexpensive to use, get the bus to the Sunday market & Puerto del Carmen for little day trips it's a good way to see the island too. Alot of people said that it was actually very cheap to hire a car there so that is another alternative! This is a really family friendly hotel with lots of activities to keep the children occupied and a nice homely feel to it. We stayed in a bungalow room with 2 lovely sun terraces, it had a small kitchenette that is suitable for preparing a snack or cup of tea or coffee, dinning & lounge area with two televisions & a bedroom with a king size bed & bathroom with a walk in shower. The room was spacious and clean it just probably could do with a bit of a refresh of paint on the walls but other than that it was very good. The staff in this hotel were excellent  lovely to deal with, happy to help and incredibly hard working. We went for the half board option and had breakfast & dinner here everyday. I have coeliac disease and found the selection of food available was very good, you also are given a card to hand to the chef so they can explain to you what dishes are gluten free in the buffet! A special mention to Maria and the staff in the restaurant they were so accommodating and helpful everyday, they were really lovely people to deal with. The pool area is lovely with two big pools, a heated baby pool, slides & water features for the kids, ample sun beds with parasols and it's really close to the pool bar for snacks and refreshments. The main pools aren't heated but you soon warm up after a few swims around! The entrance into the kids pool is a little bit slippy so I would recommend putting little ones into swim shoes. The daisy club / blue team / animation team have the patience of saints and the energy of a small child! They keep going from morning through to the evening shows to keep the kids entertained, the daisy mascot was a big hit everyday, the evening shows were great fun too! Special mention to Aaron, Megan, Jordaan & Sanne they made our little girl feel so welcome at the kids club. The weather for the week we were there second week of September was a warm 26 degrees most days with a strong breeze, the breeze is actually refreshing in the heat, it can be cloudy in the mornings but by lunchtime the weather was so pleasant and sunny. This is the perfect resort for a families, we will definitely book a holiday in this hotel in the future.

Another great trip to a wonderful H10 hotel. We stayed for 7 days all inclusive and honestly, this was one of the best holidays we have had as a family. All aspects of the hotel, service and animation team were up to the usual high H10 standards. Cleanliness was excellent and the food and drinks offerings were superb. The helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel were the icing on the cake. Will certainly be booking again soon.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to share the positives of this brilliant hotel. We are just coming to the end of a week at Lanzarote Suites and what a great week it has been. The highlights: We were upgraded on our very warm arrival ( friendly desk staff) to a bungalow suite which was clean, spacious and a real treat, modern and well arranged. The cleaners keep it really clean and it was lovely to have the space to make our own lunches and sit outside. The animation team are the stars of the hotel. They work all day, perform brilliant shows ( when do they get the chance to practise?) and run fantastic activities. Our kids chose to attend Junior club 9-11 but there are 4 age groups from babies to teens and activities include crafts and things like crazy golf. A particular shout out to Yordan who ran the junior club, he was amazingly welcoming and friendly! He taught all the junior club dances which they performed at the Tropical club., which was our children’s highlight. He was a natural with the kids and should be looking into a profession in teaching. Yordan thank you! He along with the other animation team bring such an upbeat and positive vibe to the hotel. Even chatting at dinner( obviously when they are not working) to all the kids. The evening entertainment highlights were the White and Tropical party, including Mojitos and dancing lead by the animation team and face painting for the kids! The mini disco is also a great bonus for all ages and have all the classics you would expect in a Spanish kids disco. The pools are clean, yes a little cool but welcoming in the heat. Well life guarded and with ample sun beds and space. 3 good slides and a variety of depths. Don’t think you can reserve a space before the pool opens though as towels will be removed, which is great as there is not the chaotic rush. The only mess I saw around the pool were people not throwing away their rubbish, there are plenty of bins so no excuse and staff are constantly cleaning. We went half board which was enough for us , food is varied although repetitive but themed nights each night keep things interesting. We thought the Mexican night was the best. The puddings, particularly the cakes are brilliant. Breakfast is good and lots of variety constantly restocked. Waiting staff are friendly and helpful. Extra drinks we bought were added to our tab and we were given receipts so we could keep an eye on what we were spending. The area of Costa Teguise has a quiet chilled feel with bars, restaurants annd shops. Nice beaches and pathways. we ate a couple of lunches out, all well priced and good quality. We visited a lovely aquarium around the corner from the hotel on a slightly more overcast morning. Worth the £40 entrance for a family. We have had a wonderful stay and are all so sad to leave, it definitely has been worth every penny. Very well presented hotel with a warm welcome and good facilities which met the needs of all generations of family. Spotlessly clean rooms/studios with fitted kitchen areas with fridge, kettle and microwave which was great for making that morning cuppa whilst getting ready; plenty of storage/wardrobe space together with safe and additional pillows/duvets if needed and an airing rack on the balcony great for drying beach wear etc. We were on an all inclusive deal - all meals were self service but such a vast array of food types to suit all palettes including vegan and all our party enjoyed the choice available. There’s also a pool bar during the day where you can get snacks, salads and other food cooked to order and very tasty. There was entertainment both inside and at the pool bar every evening but not overly noisy or intrusive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and consider returning in the future.

Lanzarote Gardens had been recommended to us by several friends who had been there before and still keep going regularly. So with their glowing recommendations we decided to give it a shot. Without going into very long description it really is hard to fault the hotel at all. It excelled in every area driven primarily the talented and dedicated animation team. They seem to work from early morning to late at night 7 days a week but there are quite a few of them so I'm sure they get enough down time. The food was good, not gourmet but always something to please everyone. Certainly better than an all inclusive in another H10 hotel we visited in mainland Spain a few years ago. Family suite we stayed in was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the main pool area. It was advertised as a sea view but it's not really much a view and we didn't care anyway. It was serviced everyday and towels replaced whenever we wanted. Would highly recommend for families with children aged 12 and under!
