When I stayed here a waterpipe broke in the parking lot and we had to go a day without water. While my dad stayed in the room all day, I was gone and when I returned, I stopped by the lobby to ask if they had an update since that morning about repairing the pipe. The general manager tells me that "The water will be off for the next 2 hours and we'll go from there." in a rude, irritated tone. Like how dare I ask if we have water yet or will ever have water for the rest of our stay. I tried to ask her if they had a plan for getting things fixed, because at 7:15am they hadn't had a plan yet. And she returned my question with a sarcastic remark of "What? Like for the next unexpected thing to come along? " to which I told her never mind and left the lobby. Housing interrupted my breakfast one day to see if we would be leaving the room so they could clean it. Which meant swiffering the floors and replacing the towels. The breakfast attendant will rip the spoon out of your hand as you're serving yourself breakfast to insist on serving you your food. Also, the staff expect the guests to report water leaking in the parking lot, since since the staff is oblivious to things needing repair if the guest doesn't report it. On a positive note, the hot breakfast is quite tasty when the equipment is working properly. But a tasty breakfast is not enough to make me want to EVER stay here again!
