We stayed at your hotel in Val Thorens two years ago. In general, I liked everything. But now we didn't like some things. 1. 1. Our ski box is located at the ski rental. This is extremely inconvenient. Moreover, tonight we arrived at 18.30 and the point was closed. The reception staff could not help us. I think this is not permissible, we pay money like everyone else, but we are limited in services. 2. The staff in the restaurant is fast, but there are few staff. There are a lot of people in the restaurant. The restaurant is full. Today they came, there is no food, only bread and jam. There was not even water at first, eggs and main snacks waited about 10 minutes after being told. I think this is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. 3. In the SPA after 19.00 there was no water, clean mugs, there were no clean towels. Puddles on the floor. For three days in a row I complained about Respeshene, but the situation has not changed in any way. The hotel staff is friendly and polite enough, but there are a lot of questions for the hotel management. There is also a lot of dust in the rooms.
