Don't choose this hotel! Our holiday was destroyed without any compensation. We are shocked by the management of this hotel. Cynicism and indifference to clients! Very weak level. We asked to speak with the General manager, but they refused, and others are not solving anything. This has never been seen anywhere in the world. We were from January 14-22, 2024 with a 3-year-old child in a family suite consisting of 2 rooms. We also stayed here last year. There were many disadvantages (weak room service, constantly cold tap water, strong disgusting smell from the bathrooms and the chemical smell of main playing room (the ice field room), but we decided not to change the hotel this year and in vain. On January 18, at the main entrance to the restaurant, where all breakfasts and dinners are held, a girl named Chiara/Kiara was placed, she was constantly coughing and sneezing, sore eyes and a red face, with a fever, absolutely sick and spreading the virus in the most crowded place! Nowadays this is a Crime. Instead of distance and quarantine, she worked all the time and communicated closely with people, insistently accompanied us to the table and followed us. She, being sick, tried to play with my son. Why is she doing this?! Why is management doing this?! My husband demanded that managers replace her Three times and they ignored us three times!!! On these dates the hotel was almost empty, with only 5 tables occupied for dinners. As a result, she passed on her virus to my son, the next day he fell ill with a temperature of 40, we called a doctor, he felt worse than ever, I had to give him an antibiotic for the first time. We had to be in quarantine in our room for the rest of the days, while that sick worker continued to work! Instead of at least some help or compensation, the hotel demanded money for every little thing. We always tip everyone. I don’t mind the money, but hotels of this level don’t do this anywhere! The hotel has posted photos about wearing masks and maintaining distance. But the workers themselves do not comply with this! Sick workers openly sneeze and cough without masks, without distance, without quarantine! In addition, like last year, the hotel has big problems with sewerage. Bad smell from all bathrooms. There is NO HOT water in the morning (it is impossible to wash the child between 7 and 16 hours, I waited 30 minutes and it did not become warm). Last year we were in a family suite on a different floor. It was the same. There is a strong chemical smell in the main playroom (-1st floor of The ice field room), it is impossible to stay there for more than 15 minutes.. Why the hotel does not make repairs is not clear. But the hotel made renovations in the restaurant.. Why?! The main problems had to be solved: sewerage and the playroom. This is not the place for people with children.
