Friendly staff, the front desk lady provide great care to it customer. She ever hold my wife hand worry she fell while walking down slippery step.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The staff greeted me with a refreshing welcome drink, setting a perfect tone for my stay. The friendly concierge went above and beyond, eagerly recommending several local dining spots that turned out to be fantastic. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop terrace, offering a stunning bird’s-eye view of Da Nang’s downtown. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and take in the city’s vibrant energy. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided all the comfort I needed. The morning breakfast was also a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Location is situated at the heart of the city. I'd like the most is that the spectacular views from the room as well as rooftop, witinessing the Dragon bridge and Danang Downtown.

Good enjoy specially hotel

The room itself is compact, but well equipped. They provide clean towels. The staff are always friendly and ready to assist in anyway possible, which is much appreciated. The buffet breakfast is rather average, but is usually cancelled if there is insufficient number of guests. That happened 3 times during my one week stay here. The location is not the best, but you can still find eating places in the vicinity.

Staff speak English language fluently.They are very helpful.The location are very near to tourist visit spot such as Han market, Pink Cathrdral, dRagon bridge. Hotel look old bit gold

Highly recommended. The room is very clean and cozy. The staffs are very helpful and speaks good english. The view from our room is superb. Its very cheap, great value for money.

What we like best are their front desk personnel who are always ready to answer your questions and giving ideas to you. Location is good and nice views of the riverfront can be seen from our room.

The hotel is clean located with a good location, not that far from the dragon bridge and the han river. The choice for breakfast is not that much, but is acceptable. Have a great value comparing to the price. Staffs are friendly.

Nice view and very friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay. Thi & Vy were very friendly and helped us a lot. They helped us book our tour and organize a driver. Great service. The room was nice for the price we paid. The breakfast could be a little better but overall it was a good stay.

I stayed there for 3 nites and was really impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel . The facilities were very good . Room individual aircon works well . Hot shower superb . WIFI acceptable speed! Breakfast simple but good spread . F & B nearby too! I will continue using this hotel in my coming trip to Danang as it is value of money stay. Mr "Big Bao" is the man who spontaneously offer customer services in this property!
