Nice hotel but obviously has passed it’s prime time. The experience started not well when I’ve booked family triple room but was given a deluxe twin, which trip.com has compensated me with the difference. Amenities are quite old but still functional. Location is good, short walk to the dragon bridge and the night market. Service was good, reception contacted me twice to make sure everything is ok. Breakfast is good with both western and local selections.

Room air conditioning was not working well. Toilet bathtub drainage was chocked so it drains very very slowly. Curtains are not blackout, so be prepared to be woken Up at sunrise. A cockroach was crawling around my bed when we came back late one night😨Breakfast was not bad as they try to change menu daily. Check in and out was fast and smooth. Concierge will direct you to the most expensive and touristy place when you ask for recommendations, so do your own research and book your own grab as the rides recommended will cost you double / triple. In conclusion, book only if you can accept these things.

My July 2023 stay during a busy weekend in the city and at the hotel. Thank you for taking care of me. I enjoyed my stay! Good value, good quality (rooms, breakfast, facilities), pleasant location near the Dragon bridge (but not too near the crowds/noise) and good experience staying here. Good location and nearby the night market in walking distance. Staff are not that helpful when seeking help while it wasn’t busy.
The toilet is dirty and room could be better cleaned.
The power was cut off n back normal in seconds. The air wasn’t cold enough and was told as it started n waited for an hour n still not cold

It was a Saturday night. A school of Vietamese tourists were packed everywhere in the hotel. The grand piano in the lobby was a big toy for kids to practice. Among 6 elevators, three were not for guests rather than staffs or else. After fighting to take one finally, it's not the end. You have to be very patient inside of the elevator with a full of passengers, in my case, drunk old Korean men's madness of talking very loudly each other. Some even looked to try to find a Vietnamese woman for making a dirty joke, misunderstanding she supposed to be okay with his ugly, egnorant broken English. I said "Xin loi" to her. All seems not the fault of the hotel, but it's a fact that I cannot go to bed because of the hot air drafting around my room. I tried to lower down the temperature, but the air-conditioner was set not to controlled by the remote controller on purpose. At least, this hotel doesn't need to worry about late check out issue. First time in my life, I will not have the free breakfast buffet of the hotel tomorrow morning. I am sure it would be a big war of breakfast. I know VN people are not like Koreans and Chinese, but it surely wouldl be a massive clowdness.

great stay, with the rooms quite spacious. the hospitality is excellent, staff are very accommodating. food service is great too. however, the water supply and aircon is quite weak as i was staying in the 25th floor.

숙소는 가성비 있고 좋았습니다. 3년만에 다시 방문을 하옇는데 시설 가격 청결도 등 숙소 컨디션은. 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 짐은 조식이 조금 안좋았어요
