A great location that is very close to the beach, but the staff is very slow to respond to requests. I had major issues with the wi-fi that had no solution and as a result really messed up some of my business. If you are a solo traveler on a budget, consider this place, but if you need perfect internet, you might need to look somewhere else. 

We are so happy with this hotel. It is one of the cheapest hotels in Da Nang but they are generous in providing daily toiletries making sure we have more than enough to use. Location wise, it is very near to the beach. There is a golf car like taxi terminal across the hotel.

Great location and just few min walk to the beach and plenty of restaurant nearby. Recommend

photos and reviews were a little misleading and it really didn’t live up to expectations. rooms were old and the toilet was really dark. the first floor (which is a restaurant) smells very awful everytime you enter. saw people checking out and demanding refunds. it’s an adequate hotel for a short stay and if you’re not picky but if you want something better, certainly look elsewhere…

Got a massive room with 2 double beds. Room was spacious and clean

The one I originally booked was a deluxe room with a window and I really liked it coz it's a big room with city view but the AC was not working so I asked the reception to move me to another room, at first she gave me the room with twin bed without a window and a very small room so I asked her again to transfer me to another one since I don't like a room without a window. Finally she gave me this spacious room with a king sized and a single bed however it was a little bit smelly but I do understand maybe they haven't cleaned it well yet since they're not expecting that someone will use it. A very hard mattress but what to expect, it's actually a good deal when you are traveling alone and when on a budget. They clean the room everyday and change towels so that's a plus. Overall, I would recommend this place to everybody.

Fabulous value , great location . Friendly ,polite staff . Nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Cheap price, complete room facilities, but a little small，

For $14 u can’t complain too much. We stayed one night. The mattress is rock hard, no bounce, maybe good for back.  Kettle needs washing. Room was big with average cleanliness, sleepers provided.  The main door had a see through long crack and broken lock but receptionist agreed to change us to a better room. Breakfast area is small next to toilet that reeked quite badly at time of stay. Not recommended as a place to eat. However the staff were pleasant and helpful and location was close to many eateries and cafes and it’s within walking distance to beach. The window opens to the side streets with the occasional hawkers shouting their wares up to 11pm  or so. U probably won’t hear it if u r tired out.

Location is very good. Other things are very bad, It’s 5am and the staff are very loud and knocking at doors and speaking very loudly, and they keep walking around(Its been 2 hours) they did that yesterday as well, It’s very disrespectful as some people who are easily disturbed or fragile sleepers like me won’t be able to sleep very well. Cleaniness is average.

I think it's pretty average, but the price was not beatable. The receptionist had some attitude towards Vietnamese customers, they seem to prefer foreigners or Vietnamese American ones. The bed is alright, the charging spot is placed weirdly, and my window faced the hallway, which is also weird.

Thank you for the room upgrade. The room is clean, quiet, and everything is working well. The Wi-Fi is pretty fast. There is a laundry service offered at 20k VND per kilo at the reception. Next to the hotel, there is a 24-hour convenience store, and there is a spa in front of the hotel.

Staff is very rude "voice Like not welcome guests" . The floor is very dirty . Their room services are taking a water spray on water and sweep only without mopping. Wont recommend staying this hotel again .
