Truely recommend !!!The hotel is beautiful and clean, the flower garden is lovely, and the views are stunning, just as the reviews said. Importantly, it's very clean; compared to nearby hotels, it's spotless and reassuring. The staff are also incredibly lovely. I especially commend them for knowing we had children; the day after check-in, they put protective padding on the edges and corners of the tables and other surfaces – so thoughtful! They also prepared food for us early on our departure day. I truly appreciate and commend them for their attentiveness.

Room looks exactly like photos on Trip. Excellent service. Breakfast tastes good and sufficient quantity. Location is convenient.

This hotel is right next to Erhai and you can literally walk to the Erhai boardwalk in 1 min. The full size bay window provides a spectacular view of Erhai and I was able to see a beautiful sunrise. The hotel also has a beautiful and well maintained garden with so many colorful flowers. Hotel location is not too far away from the Dali Ancient City, however, our driver had to go through many narrow and winding allies to get to this place. Although it is a little remote, I like this hotel way more than those close to Panxi S-Curve because of its quietness and beautiful setting.

The hotel is in a great location with an amazing view, and the service was excellent. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the good vibes.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. It is beautiful overlooking the lake in a quieter part of the lake, with a beautiful flower garden. The breakfast and room were nice, but the best thing about this hotel is the staff and especially Jane. Who is doing everything to make the stay amazing. Thank you Jane and the rest of the staff and go to this hotel❤️

The room had an amazing view, and the location was perfect—peaceful and not chaotic at all, so I slept really well at night. The breakfast options were quite limited, with only a choice between local food or a standard American breakfast. Even though the staff could barely speak English, they were very helpful and always willing to serve

The best experience staying at the very lovely and charm hotel. 100 / 10 rate to staf that really helpfull, respectfull and very understanding. Prepaired breakfast for me and family ( Muslim ) and help us with all of our needs and inquiry.. we love staying there so much.. thank you for a great experience..

The location is superb! Our room looked directly out over Erhai Lake. The staff is also nice and provide a very cozy and welcoming service. The homey taste of breakfast is lovely.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view overlooking Erhai Lake, which made the stay even more relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Great view of Erhai from our room! Had partial view of Cang mountain from the room’s balcony too. The cycling and pedestrain paths along Erhai are right outside the hotel and easily accessible from our hotel. It was peaceful and quiet, away from the public crowd compared to the busier areas like the Longkan Wharf, but yet still a walkable distance to Longkan Wharf to watch the sunrise. We also caught the stars at night! The mixian and buns for breakfast are a must try. Had no issues with calling DiDi to our hotel too. Do note that there are no elevators but the kind owner helped to carry our luggages up to and down from our room. The owner was friendly and approachable. Lastly, the lobby and room were well decorated and maintained. The room was clean and the self-service washing machine and dryer were a bonus.

The host is very friendly, helping us to book the shared bicycle. And we needed an early check out, she even helped us prepacked the breakfast. The room is very spacious, the view from the hotel garden is beautiful. The location is good, just right beside Erhai.

Our first family trip to Dali and we absolutely chose the right place to stay for our short two nights stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Jane, the manager. She ensured we were situated promptly. Jane also provided some very thoughtful recommendations of highlights of Dali. This place was one of the best places we had stayed at. The place oozes with an aura of peace and serenity. The small but ornately designed garden was a dream of all homeowners. Our rooms were very spacious and spotless with full amenities provided. Full amenities: aside from the usual hair dryers and paper products, the room included a rolling clothes rack with at least two dozen plastic hangers. This is a very thoughtful addition since laundry is available downstairs. We were able to do two loads of laundry with ease. Plus a very unique shower stall. Breakfast was an array of food. Coffee, warm toasted cheese buns, a bowl of hot noodles and some crunchy cherry tomatoes. When we asked Jane whether she would be willing to provide some buns and coffee before their regular 8-10 am breakfast time, she readily agreed. We had an early morning train ride. Our stay and the level of care and understanding from all made our brief stay a very memorable one. Definitely a must try.

The hotel is just right next to Erhai Lake which offers a great room. There is a small garden next to the lobby where you can sit and have a photo. Only a few steps to walk to Erhai Lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I forgot pearl earrings at checkout, and they reached me via Trip.com app. to alert me. Great place to stay.

Hotel was very clean and had good view of ErHai. The staff was lovely, helped us booked a DiDi to the train station when it’s raining. Managed to catch our train as she told us it’s wiser to buffer more commuting time to the train station! Great breakfast too, love their rice noodles. Overall a superb experience! She also helped us rent a motorbike to tour the ErHai. 💯for the hotel and the staff!!
