Comfort Inn & Suites Danbury-Bethel

There were some issues with the card swipe; the staff didn't provide a satisfactory response when I inquired. The restaurant is a bit old, but the environment is clean and the prices are reasonable. There are also places to stroll around nearby.

The elevator and lobby carpets were filthy. The lobby bathroom floor was sticky. The hallways had a musty smell. Our beds however were clean

My trip was very nice the hotel was beautiful the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding.

Great service by desk personnel and food service

Spacious and clean room. Excellent location, vco-located with Hungry Pot restaurant. Had an issue with the shower, maintenance staff came right up to fix. On site parking more than adequate. We would stay here again.

Good hotel and great outdoor swimming pool, lots of restaurants nearby

It was a pleasant experience

地理位置優越，周圍生活很方便

Hallway had a bad odor from the start, the room itself smelled strongly of mildew. The fridge in the bedroom was not working, and the door itself to the bedroom to get in was hard to open each time. Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT stay here. When I told the front desk staff, they gave me a new room but everything was still the same. Went with a group of family and all of their rooms was the same.
