Super 8 by Wyndham Dandridge

Was in the area for a business trip and spent 2 nights here. Service was excellent and the staff is amazing! The manager was super friendly and we felt very at home. The room size and cleanliness was great. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay!

Me and my girlfriend loved the Super 8 in Dandridge. We spent three nights here and did not want to leave after spending time in the Smokies. Staff was amazing and the free breakfast hit the spot. If you are going to the Smokies, make sure to stay here.

I had a work trip and needed a place to stay. This hotel was amazing. The staff that are working here especially the manager Pratik was very accommodating. They have big and spacious rooms and the price is perfect for what you get. Would definitely recommend this place!

I used the booking app and Araceli apparently the wrong date of my visit was entered. When I actually got there they didn’t have a reservation so I simply made a new one. I could see both charges on my bank app and assumed the error charge ( still pending on my bank app). Would go away once they processed the charges. Nope. Not at all. They charged me full price for an error that wasn’t my fault. Also the room was really bad especially considering I paid 250 for one night at this garbage hotel.

Love how they treated us! They were so courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and had our room clean and ready to go when we arrived!

I have never been to a worse smelling hotel in my life. The overpowering cigarette smoke smell filled my nostrils immediately upon entering the establishment. It only got worse as we entered our room. We thought turning the AC up would help, but it only made matters worse. It seemed as if the smell of smoke was literally coming from the AC system. My family had trouble sleeping due to the suffocating atmosphere. We were so relieved to step into the fresh air outside when we left. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

Great property location wise with an even better price for a quick stop off one night while traveling through on a road trip . Great customer service and very clean. Hotel was just what I needed for my evening.

Personal Absolutely disgusting I want a refund for .my stay because roaches is very unsanitary I am allergic to them so now I'm dealing with the skin problems it's.caused for me and it's cost more money for the ointments.and creams.

Like the new showers and all appliances looked new nice clean remodeled also new Tv ! Felt safe from intruders and was quite peaceful night sleep ! Friendly service liked and seemed they cared for your safety and others by getting and reciving all information of the vehicle and your identifications and really think it would not be easy intruding on anyones privacy or causing any trouble!
