RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao

I recently enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao while attending a work-related event, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay. One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus! The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. Cheap place so you get what you pay for. AC was cold which was great after having to carry our luggages to the 4th floor using the stairs. Location was perfect as its walking distance to SM Lanang or you get a ride for P10.

If you arrive between 10pm-7am no one will help you carry your bags up the steps. Bed is clean but the surroundings were crawling with ants. Bathroom has a lot of stains and the shower curtain had a lot of black spots.. or may have not been cleaned or replaced for a long time.

The AirConditioning works poorly: too low HP for the room. It cant cool the room. The bathroom stinks (stench coming from drain). The water flow is weak. I have to wait for several long minutes just to get the pail full so that I could take a decent bath. Wifi signal is weak and internet is so slow. Imcant watch youtube decently. There is no water station at the 4th floor (i stayed at the 4th floor). I have to go down to the 1st floor just to get drinking water.

* Should have an indicator that the hotel is a part or under Red Doorz.. I lost my way going there. * Less parking space * No elevator * No room intercom * Low pressure water. * Small bathroom * Not Instagramabke place. Why should I take a photo?
