It's an average, older looking hotel and great location in Deadwood. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery, so was the shower floor (we asked for extra towels and put them on tile). It was quiet except for others going in or out of rooms (which some did at 1am and 2am each night) the doors slam shut and it was VERY loud and woke us up each time. The continental breakfast is complimentary and there is an auto pancake maker too. The options included cereal, oatmeal, english muffins, bagels, assorted packaged pastries, juice and coffee. Parking is across the street but you can pull up to the hotel for up to 20 minutes to unload/load your luggage. Nice hotel staff, but there was no room service (short staffed) so the trash wasn't emptied, the beds weren't made, and linens weren't changed, but you could ask for clean linens and towels.
