The room and toilet was very clean, the staff gave us a complimentary upgrade as well. Breakfast could be improved but overall thumbs up to the working attitude of the staff!!

You can see that it is an old hotel and can't really compare with other 5 star hotels on many aspects. But it is probably understandable considering the very remote location. Nevertheless, we were extremely satisfied with their service, especially from Ms Angel. Firstly, they gave us a free room upgrade and even decorated our room nicely after knowing that we were on our honeymoon. Angel also contacted us beforehand to make sure everything was ok, she was so friendly and helpful throughout, and when we were leaving, she even went out of her way to make multiple phone calls to make sure our bus seats back to Shangri-la was secured. Would highly recommend for the hospitality alone.

The staff service was excellent and very friendly. Was given a free up grade to my room and manage to catch an even greater sun rise view of the mountain. Location is very strategic highly recommended.

As expected from 5 stars hotel, service was beyond expectations. We got avroom with very good view. Meili Snow mountain was in front of us. We can see the sunrise from our room. Amenitiescwas superb. Both room and toilet are warm. Toiletries were abundance. Hotel staff from reception, room service to breakfast, are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too, with so many choices.
I can only praise. No complaints
Before check-out, the staff .passed us a bag with 4 bottles of water for our trip.

Best place to watch the sunrise over Meili Snow Mountain. Attentive staff with a beautiful room, with an awesomw view.
There is a stairway that leads to the Feilaisi viewing platform.
If you are travelling with an elderly like me, good to check out which rooms to avoid stairs. We were lucky to be upgraded to the suite, which came with a beautiful view. However, there was a flight of stairs. The lobby staff can buggy you up, then you can. climb down instead of up the stairs.
A premier location which costs much more. If you just need a simple clean place to stay, in order to catch the sunrise, there are many more affordable choices just next to this hotel.

Located in the center of Feilaisi. Super delicious breakfast. Best view on the Meili Xueshan. Very modern, there are large bathtubs and floor heating, which is necessary most of the time, due to climate and altitude. Friendly and helpful staff.

酒店地理位置很好，距離大巴站和飛來寺景區都差不多五分鐘左右走路就能到。酒店服務也很到位，都很友善熱情！而且房間一打開就能看到梅里雪山，真的很絕！酒店也有自己的天台，可以看全所有山峯，非常推薦！

設施：地理位置優越，設施很貼心實用，要是屋裡有個製氧機就更好了
衞生：衞生很乾凈，包括地毯也很乾凈，酒店配備了一次性馬桶墊，還有泡澡的一次性浴缸套，特別貼心
環境：周邊很多好吃的，走着都在10分鐘左右就到
服務：服務很好，小哥哥很熱情，包括送行李到房間，介紹房間設施，早餐位置，觀景點，拍照點，加了當晚經理定主卓瑪微信，卓瑪晚上還送了水果和熱牛奶，退房還送了祈福牌。整體體驗感都不錯！

房間乾淨整潔，定主卓瑪提前電話聯繫什麼時候到，幫忙升級到豪華房間，可以躺在床上看梅里雪山，很滿意的旅程。酒店位置很好，就在飛來寺觀景台上面。可惜雲層較厚，沒有看全日照金山，後面再來梅里看日照的首選

房間設施:房間設施比較一般，但在旺季也給升級了房型很感恩，在房間裏就能看到梅里雪山
性價比:酒店風景無敵，過年期間性價比還OK
早餐:早餐相對簡陋了些，位子也比較擁擠
服務:工作人員服務熱情，會幫忙提行李
可惜當天沒能看到日照金山，但風景絕絕子離飛來寺觀景台超近

環境：看日出 看梅里雪山沒話説 位置很好 可惜沒看到日照金山
房間訂錯了 想住大點的房間 訂了別墅2房 到了後被告知看不到雪山的 無語了
設施：房間裝修雖然是比較老的風格了 但是不像有些人評論的那樣 很舊很破 我們這房間衞生間還是很乾凈很新的樣子 估計是住的客人相對少的緣故吧
服務：晚上還有來送熱牛奶的 入住也有大果盆
不過除了我們房間外 我覺得大堂很老舊 早餐廳也是舊舊的 不過還是不影響梅里雪山的美景 當然在小縣城要求也不能太高 總體是滿意的

房間很好 在房間裏能看見雪景 酒店有個觀景台風景更好 這次我們時間趕所以早上來不及看日照金山了 下次還來！蜂世芬經理很貼心 第二天早上出發的比較早 吃不到酒店的早餐餐了 酒店還給我們提前準備了兩袋早餐 麪包水果什麼的 給我們路上帶着 真的挺好 推薦！

房間設施很不錯，面積也大，有一個很大的泡池孩子喜歡，早餐很豐富，味道也好。我們住的房間是景觀最好的一間，可以直麪卡瓦格博，沒有任何建築遮擋，視野非常非常棒。另外特別感謝工作人員蜂世芬，從沒有入住就聯繫我們詢問喜好，給我們發晚餐菜單，入住後加被褥、預留景觀好的就餐位，睡前還給我們送温熱的氂牛奶，響應及時，服務周到，期待再次入住高山別莊酒店。
