Hotel Crown Inn

The property location is great, besides the highway. Amenities are great, rooms are clean and exactly as the photos. High recommendations!

When we stayed here in the last year, the hotel was new and service was excellent with front desk guy suresh. Now this guy has left and room service become tortoise like. They have 2 services - tea coffee and room cleaning. One day we had to take help of swiggy after the hotel failed to serve morning tea even after taking the order. Otherwise it is safe for family stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable but i booked king bed they gave me twin bed further bathroom was having smooth tile so it was slippery very dangerous for aged people and there's no restaurant in this hotel for room service customer need to depend on room boys they have to get from outside so we can't have the food choices again at the time of check out they didn't provide me the gst invoice when i dememded they told they will not provide because it was booked thru mm t even i told as per mm t gst invoice to be collected by hotilier, which is against the law / rule. Parking is at basement having steep gradient taking in or out from parking lot is very difficult

My wife and son were delighted with the cleanliness of the hotel soon we entered the hotel. The hospitality shown by staff was above our expectations. The room service was very quick and courteous with response time less than 5 minutes, often it was less than a minute. We stayed three nights to the best of our satisfaction. Hotel crown inn is going to be my preferred stay choice during upcoming visits.

The hotel was good and well maintained and staff but there was main door damage of room totally it was not safe to me.

Spacious, close to hospital with parking and some restaurants nearby. No hotel res-tau rant.
