New hotel, nice room with city view, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Elizabeth and the other service crew was super helpful, friendly and full of joyful words. The stay was very comfortable and with beautiful views. Excellent food and breakfast. Thank you Ecuador for being such a friendly country. Happy to come back one day

Food was amazing! Same as attention, the place is really beautiful and the view of Quito you can have there is just on another level. 100% recommend! You should have this place in your bucket list of you are visiting Quito or if you live there!!

My friend and I stayed there for 4 nights. We ate inside the first night and the food was great so we decided to go back on the 3rd night TWICE....We were seated on 2 different occasions and were ignored both times on the patio so we got up. and went to the bar to order drinks and took them to our rooms. The steam room and pool are under construction so there are no amenities. I would not go back as there are so many other hotels with better service.

Impeccable service, Giovanni was a a breath of fresh air for an industry that is sorely lacking post pandemic. Casual and professional he read the room to a te and provided a great experience on a night that probably wasn't as busy as normal!!

The hotel is amazing in every way: huge room, biggest bed with 4 pillows per bed! Everything sensor-controlled…I honestly cannot fault anything! And the restaurant foods and staff are absolutely fantastic too. I went for an express facial and the therapist, Irene, was fantastic: she was very good at her job and I felt completely relaxed and pampered afterwards. The therapy was more than a facial: she also massage my hands, chest and neck… such a treat, I would highly recommend her! Thanks Irene for an amazing experience 🙏👏

Wonderful stay! The staff is amazing. The rooms are so beautiful and clean. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant anhs the food was delicious. Our server, Giovanny was so polite, professional and kind. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

GoQuito Hotel is a great hotel to stay. Tons of great restaurants around, even though the hotel's restaurants were amazing. Do not skip on including breakfast with your stay. You will not regret it. The staff, and hotel managers were attentive to all our needs, made us feel welcome and wanted to make sure our stay in Quito was unforgetable. Rooms were lovely, the pool was amaxing, service was exceptional, and smiles were real. Thank you for making our visit unforgetable. Loredana and Safvat

Our room is spacious, comfortable and inviting. It is well appointed with many modern touches. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Absolute luxury. The staff are friendly, approachable and very helpful. The restaurant is a real highlight. The view across the city is amazing, the food fantastic and the service, particularly our waiter Geovanny, was fantastic.

Amazing hotel. Excellent service. Everyone was top notch. I was so thankful for many English speakers. The room was high end, luxurious and we got the suite with the private hot tub. Incredible. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable. I appreciate Daniela for giving us directions. They had a delicious complimentary drink at the bar. Edisan who was working the Cafe was also top notch service. He made us fresh watermelon juice and wonderful lattes.

Everything was super amazing, the food was delicious, the service was spectacular. All the waiters were extremely friendly, especially one named Kevin, who was very attentive in his service, they made our experience unforgettable. It is a place that everyone should visit.
