VERY old and dated, dirty. No ice machine. Pool water was black. Rooms are nasty!! Only came here because we were evacuated for Hurricane Milton. Do not waste your money!!!!! I’m not sure how Wyndom could allow this. Appears that there are some “ permanent “ residents…….

Nasty bug infested dirty. No ice, no breakfast. Only chair in the room was broken, toilet was broken. Had to leave the lights on to keep bugs off of us.

Good place to stay, except there was no light in the bathroom. So, when the door to the bathroom was closed, the person in the bathroom was in complete darkness.

no comment to make further about my daughter's stay at this hotel. didn't realize condition of hotel had go down hill so much since my last stay many years ago.

I come to Brunswick about every two weeks and I always stay at the days and I love the staff there. They’re very helpful. There’s always hot coffee and plenty of condiments. The room is very comfortable. I like the new central air where it could be controlled by temperature will be back soon.

The location was perfect to St.Simon Island. Quiet, easy access to places to eat! Definitely a place to hang your hat on 95👍👍

I had excellent customer service from the front desk clerk named Ben. He answered every question I had. Ben also recommended places to eat and I have to say the recommendation was excellent. Ben was very professional with a warm smile to greet me when I walked through the door.

“Do do it.....stay somewhere else!” They advertise a pool which is CLOSED PERMANENTLY. They advertise a free breakfast and even show pictures of the setup which they have taken out. The breakfast served in the lobby consist of a granola bar and coffee ONLY! The staff was rude and very slow even with a reservation. We were informed that if we needed more towels, rags, any change of bedding or pillows that we needed to bring the others down to desk and exchange them ourselves and that the room would not be checked or cleaned at all during the duration of our stay.... period. The exterior was in terrible shape. Only positive....the room was basically clean, very reasonable rate.

Quite poor. Took the man 11 minutes to check me in. Room had minimal coffee, and zero cups or glasses. No ice. No actually usable wi-fi. Lumpy bed. Mold in shower. Large empty floor area which no doubt had a small table and chairs at one point. Only seating was one desk chair, with the back broken off. Broken bottle 5 feet from the office door.
