Comfort Inn & Suites Donna Near I-2

We have stayed at this particular location several times since it opened since it is close to my father-in-law's home in Donna. We have always had a pleasant experience. We stupidly decided on our trip this past weekend to try another place and ended up right back here! We were lucky enough to speak with the same nice guy at the front desk who has checked us in numerous times before. The location is always super clean and everyone working here is always very nice. The breakfast in the morning is nice. We will definitely never chance it again with another place on our trips to Donna!

They have breakfast from like 6-9am (eggs, sausage/ham, muffins, bagels, peanut butter/jelly, cereal, milk - whole and 2%, yogurts, etc) it's alright, whenever I end up getting food, it's already kinda cold but thats on me. They put on the news in the dining area. The elevator has a lag time to it, it'll make it feel like it's gonna fall, but its not haha you'll be okay. My room though, I don't sleep under the covers of anything I don't make so I've been using my own sheets. When I inspected the covers, I realized a stain on it and that stain has been there for a very long time aleady. I think they only change they do are the sheets under the covers. They vaccuum the room but just the major traffic areas. I've had a dead roach in the corner under my desk for the longest and I just ended up vaccuuming it myself. The staff is extremely nice, they treat me well, like the room service lady, she's the best, extremely nice and easy going. The 2 people I've come in contact with in the reception area have good energy and haven't given me an attitude at all. The one thing I gotta complain about is the washing and drying emenities. The washer is $2 and the dryer is $2, whenever I had to do my laundry there, the washer didnt properly over my tide pods, so there was residue on my clothes and I had to hand wash the spots off. Also, the wifi is free and they'll giv eyou the password but it's a very poor connection.
