Overall it was fine to stay at the hotel for a short business trip, but the service could have been better : we experienced delayed laundry , slow response level from the hotel team, late cleaning of the room, that was at 17:00 hrs - it’s just unacceptable late, without any notice given to us on it in advance. Breakfast was average. Lady at the reception was professional, she helped me with printing work papers and always sincere make efforts to help. We had an anniversary celebration on 7 February, that I have mentioned to the hotel during check in , but hotel didn’t do anything , not even a cake that was actually communicated to me by the front office. Location is fantastic, super convenient to get everywhere. Room was clean, but I really recommend to check bath towels and replace old ones , they look really tired and not white, for a hotel that has a five star ranking it’s important to pay attention on amenities and towels . We expected a bit more , a bit disappointing to see those gaps in service.
