Nice clean and quite place, friendly and responsive staff, amenities are on slight low side, many stores and restaurants around, metro is 8 minutes walk, overall satisfactory and recommended

Чисто, близко к метро и недорого! Классное место, рекомендую!!! Есть весь мыльник, плита,стиралка. Не хватает места для сушки вещей

Отель достаточно старый и уставший. Старый район, рядом есть местный "Дикси". Вообще район для рабочего класса, конечно. Не для бизнес поездки отель явно. Потертая старая мебель, грязные окна и зеркала. Очень расстроила горячая вода - тут она из бойлера очень маленького размера, так что мыться надо реально быстро - иначе будет просто холодно. Карточки постоянно размагничиваются. Из плюсов - есть утюг и гладильная доска в номере. Заселить в 14:00 не смогли - не было готовых номеров, заставили ждать до 15:00. Поднявшись в номер в нем оказались сотрудники, которые в спешке прибрались. На завтрак дают талон в какой-то соседний ресторанчик. Не ходил - не знаю. Расположение оставляет желать лучшего - до Марины минимум 30 дирхам, до бизнес бея или кайта - больше 100.

There is 2 only persons in the reception are kind and proffesionals, the rest are not proffessional, and not helpful at all, There is alawys a bad smell in the floor, I donot know its source but it settle with me in all me settle. The equipment inside the room are not all of them working well, specially the washing machine.

The main problem we face in this hotel, there was no proper TV channels. I did a terrible mistake to stay in this hotel for my work cum holyday. The management least bothered to fix channel issues. I have informed all of my colleagues not to book here since we are all from media(adv) industries & very much related to TV channels. We are ok with other facilities .......location is vey convenient for us. My opinion is to give some priority for this kind of facilities.

It's fantastic stay for shorts time. Buildings are old and need to maintaince . Hotel staff are very friendly especially bell boy very helpful (by mistake forgate name) and supported. Walking distance metro station and supermarket available.

Worst exprencice at the front desk with the lady.we have checked in at around 6 pm in the evening and after coming in room we found the telephone was not working so we went and informed that to the lady at desk.she sended one person with me and after that he informed me that it will be fixed by tomorrow morning only.i again went on desk to request and the lady started shouting on me infront of everyone.she told me to checkout thn I ask for the refund she replied to check out and no refund will be given.my girlfriend was alone in the room and I was in the lobby and when u came back I found one another person doing the maintenance and when I requested him to go out he told me give me 30 minutes he will fix.i got really frustrated with all this and the worst exprencice I ever had in any hotel.no complain but need to train your staff how to deal with customers.thanks

Das Ziqoo-Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und überzeugt durch ein sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben hier 39 Tage verbracht und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebiet, es gibt in der Nähe viele Restaurants (indisch, arabisch,...), sodass man nicht zu kochen braucht. 4 Supermärkte befinden sich in 200m Luftlinie entfernt, die aber auch alles bieten, was man zum kochen benötigt. Uns hat der West-Supermarkt am besten gefallen, obwohl der Viva etwas günstiger ist, aber der Fisch dort war sehr lecker und frisch. Zur Metro sind es ca. 10-15Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso weit ist es zur Ibn Battuta Mall, wo man gut einkaufen und im Food Court gut essen kann. Das Appartment selbst ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr gut (wir hatten zwei Kings Koil Betten, es gibt aber auch anders ausgestattete Räume) und die Küchenausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Die Möbel sind zwar schon etwas älter aber noch völlig ok. Einen herzlichen Gruß an das sehr freundliche Personal, wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Dezember.
