Hotel novo, funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos, limpo (limpeza em dias alternados). O café da manhã foi muito bom para mim. Enfim, o hotel possui um custo benefício muito bom! Recomendo àqueles que queiram passear por Dubai sem gastar muito em hospedagem.

This is my 5th or 6th time to come to resivation hotel , excellent service, excellent cleanliness and amazing staff. Specially Samir at the reception and the GM who is his simple doesn't leave his face and make you feel like you are his friend who he cares about . Such an amazing hospitality . I would highly recommend my friends to go there .

The hotel is very nice. we stay for 2 night. It was a relaxing place clean room, very friendly and helpful staff special than the reception team and Mr. Hicham at the restaurant. Breakfast was amazing. Tasty. Location of the hotel is good near everything

A decent budget hotel near the metro. In the summer, the room price was 170 AED. The hotel provides a shuttle to the metro, which runs every 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for personal belongings. The gym, although small, is equipped with modern equipment, which was a pleasant surprise. The Wi-Fi is fast, the connection is excellent, and the hotel staff is always ready to help in any situation, they are responsive and friendly. The hotel offers room service, which adds convenience. The rooms are quiet, with good soundproofing, although some of them have an unpleasant odor. The hotel’s location is okay, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest store. A good hotel for travelers.

Super grateful for our stay here we were particularly impressed by Anas who diligently helped us get by and was attentive to details and super patient with us . He made us feel quite at home and his response was positive and always filled with joy. I must also give a mention to the lovely chef the lentils soup was the best and we are grateful.Thank you all☺️

Its was good experience with Resivation Hotel. I like the facilities provided by hotel. Location is very peace and mind relaxing. It is very clean and hygiene. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Overall I'm very satisfied with the hotel.Thanks to kazi for his amazing work🫶❤️

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staffs were so welcoming and exceptional (Gerges, Osama, Anas, Isad, Ritik and Kamal), can’t forget their names. The gaming room at the basement is top notch too. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and relaxing environment.
