I booked this hotel on the peak season day (26 dec) and i paid three times the price i believe this hotel deserves. Cons:
- no hot water, when asked at 8 am the person at reception is saying that ok thers have already used the hot water and the tank is empty now. Next it will be available at around 12 pm. - not towels. - no soap or other toiletries. I have to call the reception and then he provided soaps for hand wash. Even the mug was broken. - rude behaviour of the person at the recption. The behavior of the person is like, "jo hai yahi hai lena hai toh le nah i toh nikal le. - no restaurant. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. They have paired up with a restaurant about 500m away from the hotel. You can make a call and they will deliver food. However, i called at 9:30 am for breakfast and they said sorry breakfast is over. Pros-
- even though the behaviour was rude, he still managed to provide me a room for early check-in at the time of rush. - bed was comfortable to sleep.
