The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had variety and was good. Generally a good quality hotel. We found it to be central to several Amish attractions that we were planning to visit.

Rooms was very clean. Let us check in early. Friendly staff. Breakfast was standard for what's now a common expanded continental in many chain hotels- convenient, not high quality or varied. Beds were very comfortable. Placement of second bed so close to ac unit made it awkward to walk around. TV was near beds, hard to see from couch area. Couch is low to the ground. No linens for pullout were in room. In room phone wasnt working. Was annoying to have to go to reception at 10pm for sheets and blankets Bed comfort 4* Pullout couch 3* Breakfast 3.5* Cleanliness of room 4* Staff 4*

This is a Green Hoel. I found that to mean, green as disgusting. Maid service is every 3 days. We stayed 2 nights. The maid never came to check the room. If the had, I had left 2 notes. One for the desk lamp that didn’t work and the other was pointing to the nasty stuff I found on the side of the mattress pad and cover. When I discovered no maid was there, I approached the front desk who offered me clean bedding to change myself. They expected me to clean the filth from another guest!, The carpet was stained. The room smelled. I had a headache the two days we spent there. When using the bathroom, my sister watched a bug crawl out of a carrack between the tub and wall. The room was prepaid otherwise we would have left.

Staff very helpful and hotel was clean. They have a quiet time set up so that you aren't as apt to get awakened in the middle of the night. Only negative I have is that I found the breakfast a bit lacking. Only serving sausage for meat and using powdered eggs that were salty. Coffee was available 24 hrs and decent.

If you are doing the Amish Farm House tour, you can't beat the location (plus lots of shopping and restaurants adjacent to hotel). The bathroom and carpet is a bit worn. Free coffee in lobby is quite good and all the flavored creamers were a nice touch. Staff very friendly and helpful.

What a great place to stay. Very close to the theater venue which is always a plus. This is my second time staying here based on my friends recommendation. The rooms are comfortable as well as the beds. But the best part are two ladies who work there, Carly and Charlotte. So fun to talk to and they always have a wonderful attitude. This will be my go to hotel whenever I am in Lancaster. And we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Just checked out this morning. It was our first time staying here. It took a few minutes to check in when we arrived. We had to wait a little bit because there was no one at the desk. Just a sign saying, we'll be back shortly. The girl who checked us in was very personable. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was the usual complimentary fare, but lacking compared to competitor's breakfasts. The scrambled eggs were bland and watery. Sausage links on both mornings we were there. No healthy choices or variety of breads. Just white bread. No bagels, English muffins etc. They did have mini blueberry muffins, which were good. The orange juice was very watered down. Coffee was adequate. Sign in the elevator stating no servicing of the rooms due to staff shortage and covid practices. The hotel did have hand sanitizer dispensers, but sadly no hand sanitizer in them. What disappointed me the most was the $1.50 a day charge for the safe located in the closet. I have stayed at higher end hotels and resorts that had safes in the rooms, but didn't charge their guests for them. I was surprised when I looked over my bill. On the way home after checking out, I read others comments saying it was for the hotel's liability cost for stolen property. I do not feel it's right to charge their guests to pay for the cost the hotel has to pay for their insurance. If you do stay at the hotel, please be aware of this charge ahead of time. Unfortunately, I will be staying at another hotel for our future trips to Lancaster because of this unexpected charge.
