I'm so sorry to read about the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, particularly concerning the noise in the room. Our House Hosts are available 24/7 at the front desk and are always eager to assist guests with any requests, including the possibility of a room change, subject to availability. Our primary goal is to ensure that every guest feels comfortable and satisfied throughout their time at Eden. Regarding you wife's birthday, I sincerely apologize and I am so disappointed to read what happened. Indeed we pride ourselves for our costumer service: always ready for any guests celebrating special occasions and always wanting to go above and beyond. I'm sorry that we fell short on this occasion and you didn't get to experience that. I'd like to thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. Thank you so much for taking the time to share with us your thoughts about your recent stay at Eden, we really appreciate it :) It's great that you were happy with your fully-equipped apartment and with the various amenities in the room - we really do try to make Eden a sort of a new home away from home for all of our guests :) As we're a serviced apart-hotel, rather than a standard hotel, we don't offer daily cleaning services - this is for sustainability reasons and also because we just like to give our guests all the privacy and independence that they need while they're here with us. We do, however, offer weekly cleaning for guests staying longer than a week and we're always more than happy to give your room a quick refresh (i.e. replacing towels, refilling your toiletries and tea and coffee if needed). As for they gym, it's unfortunate that there was a bit of a misunderstanding! While we don't have a gym, we do have a great partnership with an amazing local yoga studio (just a short walk from the hotel) and every guest gets one free class per stay!! :) Make sure to speak to one of our House Hosts next time and they'll be happy to book you in! We also love 'Who Gives a Crap - toilet paper company, they donate 50% of their profits to help build toilets and improve sanitation in the developing world. They're just amazing.
