Basic motel but have a wheelchair accessible room which I needed for my daughter. Made a reservation through ******* a month prior as I was coordinating for dr appointments. Arrived after 7pm from Los Angeles and was told the accessible room was not available. Despite having a confirmed reservation that was made a month prior, they rented the room to someone else. I did not receive a phone call or any notice until I arrived after dark. No apology and although they did call another hotel to see if they had room available it was $20 more and at that point I did not trust the manager at Crown motel. Very disappointing that they did not honor a confirmed reservation.
