В целом хорошее сочетание цены и качества. По питанию нормально. В основном курица, но бывает рыба и мясо. Во второй половине ноября (или так совпало) много взрослых отдыхающих и местных. На дискотеке на пляже через одну ставят русские и турецкие песни. После 15 ноября пирс разбирают и с него захода в море нет.

We have just come back from a week's stay. We went as a family. My review is a mixed review and based on our experiences over the week. We arrived late at night. Check in went smoothly and staff seemed friendly enough. We arrived up to our room to find we only had 3 beds, we were missing pillows, no top sheets (just blankets) and no drinks in the fridge. We mentioned at reception and waited in the room, nothing appeared. We ended up having to pull a fold up bed into the room from the hallway, this had a dirty sheet on it. We went back to reception and eventually had a fresh sheet put on the bed and one pillow (no spares like a family member had in their wardrobe). We gave up on the top sheets and drinks in our fridge, as we had asked a couple of times. The next morning we had a look around. There was no view, we just had the shops and walk way below. The bathroom was dated and in need of a revamp, it wasn't overly clean around the bath and in the cupboard. Toilet roll was sparce and I ended up having to find some myself. Beds were made and fresh towels given each day, although still no drinks in the fridge. Air con was good. Lots of storage space for clothes. The carpet on the landing on the first floor was absolutely filthy, with what looked like a couple of dried sick splatters on it. One night we also saw a cat sleeping in one of the babies travel cots that was left outside the room. They seem to leave cots and fold up beds in the lading spaces outside rooms for the next guests. The fold up bed we had to use was old, not comfortable and covered in stains. We just made do as figured if we can't get drinks and sheets in the room, then doubtful they had a better one we could use. The hotel was packed so doubt there was any others. The kids pool was enjoyable and area kept clean, although very busy. Sun beds were always available before 8.30. The Flora bar was a nice area to sit in for a drink, staff were friendly, although the soft drinks pipes were surrounded by wasps. One evening a drinks pipe was blocked and when unblocked it was because loads of wasps had become stuck up there! There seemed to be plenty of food, although as a vegetarian I found my only hot option all week was a green bean stew and a chicken pea stew along with rice and chips, by day 3 i was fed up. The addition of candy floss/pop corn/ ice cream was nice. We tried the Italian a la carte and was disappointed to find there was only one choice served. Salad, soup, beef and Mash, tiramisu. As a vegetarian, I couldn't eat the main. After, most of us came down with cramps, diarrhea, sickness. Mine was severe cramps, followed by diarrhea for the next 5 days and counting! Same with my daughter. What is the stench in the toilets by the bar and the beach toilets? Made us gag!! One night just before midnight we had a loud knock on the door waking us up,it was maintenance insisting on looking in our bathroom as there was a leak downstairs. Honestly awful. Reception staff are the rudest people I think I’ve ever encountered in hospitality; they’ll stare at you, look you up and down, roll their eyes… Food was terrible. Chicken undercooked, cats everywhere, lots of offal, Russians queue jumping and just being super rude. I’d rate 0 stars if I could.

I had a cockroach in my curry, the food is awful, terrible drinks unless you like beer, the wines and spirits are weak and awful to drink. Take your own spirits. Mainly Russian / German , they’re not friendly to the English. I would honestly rate this 3 star. We stayed on floor one in main building, rooms are extremely dated, but clean. Bathroom was moldy and shower hardly worked. Stranded in the middle of nowhere with the option to hop on a bus to the main town about 15 mins away. I would never come back here even if it was free. Guest relations manager Kena (spelt wrong) was awful to deal with , argumentative and rude. Avoid.

A week ago, we just came back from the vacation in Doganay Beach hotel. First of all, I want to say the good things about hotel because for sure we enjoyed and relaxing during our holidays. The food was so tasty and with big selection. We really loved the dinner because there was a tasty kind of meat, special in the day when they gave Turkish dinner and also we really like sushi evening. The restaurant so clean and people working there so kind and nice and helpful. And ice cream was really tasty. The drink was also okay, the barmans was so friendly and always smiling with positive energy. I really saw that they like their job and they are doing it from the bottom of their heart. The rooms was okay, clean, but the toilet didn't work as well and was a little bit dirty. But the housekeeping was so friendly and we really love the woman who clean our room. The swimming pool so so so nice - I really loved it that swimming pool is together for adults and for kids because I could enjoy on the swimming pool with my child and the same moment. The beach - it was okay but could be better a bit , the beach bar and snacks was also okay - we loved the pizza there, and the pizza man so kind! The most what I didn't like it was animation team except girl from kids club but also I even don't know her name - it was so clear they are already tired from the season and don't want work. We even didn't know their names. They made activities but they just gave information and people had to come by themself. They are just walking around our sunbeds but they didn't even talk to us sometimes even didn't look at us and ignored us. Special the chief animation Ercan, he never talked to anyone, and even didn't say hello to guests. He never smiled even on the stage and when he spoke by microphone it was really often not understanding. I was a chief animator in other country such long time and for me the behaviour of chief animation so rude. From the first day I saw that two girls carried the table and he was sitting and watching it - not accepted. He didn't support and motivate them it's why for me this animation didn't do their job. I thought during my vacation there I will enjoy as well but even the show was really boring. We were there 10 days and the karaoke was 3 times. We really like just one show from outside - Mongolian show - it was great and we really loved to see it. The rest was really boring. I was there with my three year old baby and she really loved kids club and mini disco. The girl from kids club made a good face painting for my daughter and also teaches her a lot of dances and she is dancing home till now. She did a great job. We saw in the social media that they are doing such perfect job it's why also we choosed this hotel but we came in the end of September and there was nothing from this and we were really disappointed. AVOID!!! The hotel presents itself as a family friendly destination. There are signs everywhere about how it is so family friendly etc. And there are parts of it that are lovely such as the water slides and the adventure park. However you can't sleep during the night. The music in the bar/club area downstairs is so loud and there's zero sound insulation. We are on the very top floor and just can't sleep because it is so loud. There's nothing we can do. I can't even imagine what it is like for people on the first floor. If you like to have a good nights sleep avoid this place. The staff is also not very friendly.
