Horrible stay. I travel to this area twice a month to have visitation with my children. I have stayed at this hotel since it opened. The current ownership is taking it downhill at a tremendous rate. It is not clean. It is not safe. And customer service is a foreign concept to the guy that is the combo owner/front desk person/ room cleaner. Safety - the doors to not latch properly. Some won’t even close at all without reinserting the card. The lobby is rarely accessible and transactions are done at a side window Cleanliness - there was a roach in my shower on arrival and someone else’s underclothes mixed in the bedsheets. The driveway is rough and has tremendous damage that will hurt any non-lifted vehicle. Breakfast and daily room attention does not exist. COVID is blamed but it’s really to save money. The same misspelled sign has been taped to the closed lobby glass door for nearly three years now. Final straw was customer service. I was told that if you don’t CALL directly and book with them, they dgaf what you reserved with ******* or other service. It will not be honored. Even if you have stage 3 lung cancer, reserved a non-smoking room and are “given” a smoking room. Stay in Clinton. Stay in Conway. Maybe the next owner(s) will care to offer a nice stay
