Newly renovated, spacious rooms, meticulous service and attention to all details by the young bosses. Sit by the windows to enjoy views of garden with a cup of coffee. Bosses offer recommendations of restaurants, routes to walk the town, when & where to go for views & pictures etc… breakfast was individually prepared, yogurt sent to our rooms before we go to bed… they added a lamp for me in the garden and a glass of hot water while I was enjoying the chill air and tranquil atmosphere of the garden. Premise is 2 min away from river, conveniently located. Opportunity to put on 苗服 and play with their pets in the premises for free was an exceptional experience. Boss not only navigated for us a more cost and time efficient way to get to the airport, he also help book a cab and sent us off. To be exact, from the moment we arrived at the bridge (cab driver can already tell he was the one coming to pick us from the hostel) till he sent us off, they pay attention to every single detail that they could. Highly recommended hostel, book early to avoid disappointment (limited rooms available). Will definitely visit again

This hotel is amazing! I can’t recommend it enough!! We booked this hotel very last minute as our other hotel was full of bugs (Qinglian Riverside Light Luxury Hostel, do not book that one!). The staff here are so welcoming and made us feel like we had been friends for a long time, they gave us recommendations, helped us with everything that we needed, even cleaned our clothes for us! We stayed during the Dragon Boat festival, they gave us Zhongzi and they knew we liked beer so they gave us some to celebrate!!❤️ This hotel also has many cute pets that they let us play with, it was so fun! The location is also very convenient and the breakfast was sooo delicious! I still dream about the breakfast there :,) Please if you want to stay in 凤凰古城 stay at this hotel!!!!! It feels very personal and you will feel like family ❤️❤️

Simple but nice hotel. Owner speaks English very well and he is very helpful. Didn’t like that there is no separation between the toilet and the shower and that the lobby and breakfast area is very hot.

臨出發前的決定，卻給了我意外的驚喜。入住拙院是一種緣分，中式風格是我喜歡的，房間佈置大氣典雅，應屬民宿中的天花板。酒店地理位置特別優越，停車方便，對自駕朋友非常友好。房子鬧中取靜，去各個景點步行都非常方便。老闆為人勤奮善良，親自到停車場接我們，離店時又親自送到停車場，來回都是幫着搬運行李，非常的貼心。來風凰，選擇拙院，一定是不錯的選擇。

一間超預期的民宿，讓人回憶起在大理的日子～開滿花花草草的庭院、茗香四溢的茶室、陽光透過花木窗欞灑在房間的木地板上、床頭的蘭花燈上、一塵不染的床上，一切都散發著乾淨的味道。 時間都慢下來，這就是古城該有的樣貌；人的心也跟着靜下來，慢慢走，品着生活的味道～

讓旅程愉快的一家民宿，在鳳凰古城核心位置，去雪橋等核心景點都很近。前台小哥服務特別好，很重的行李忙前忙後幫拿，還給免費升級了房間。房間很大，床很舒適，中式風格古色古香，還有個大大的庭院，關鍵還很乾凈。小哥推薦的飯店和景點都很好，非常贊，是一家非常值得推薦的民宿！！！

該酒店是我住過的最好酒店之一，中式風格，乾淨衞生，配置齊全，服務周到暖。心，小田是個愛心滿滿的好人，到車站接送我們，提行李，到景點又詳細介紹怎樣走，迷路了又馬上了接我們，真是太貼心了。酒店環境不錯值得入住。 苗服體驗:苗服很美麗但我們年紀大了就不體驗了。

民宿的位置非常好，既臨近河邊，但又不喧鬧，走幾分鐘就走到了熱鬧的中心地段跳巖，民宿老闆非常好，給我們免費升級了房間，房間乾淨寬敞明亮，老闆還熱心給我們介紹古城外的本地人去吃的實惠的飯店，還給我們提旅行箱，帶我們去路邊打的士，讓我們感受到了温暖。

鳳凰拙院是一家體驗感非常好的民宿，拙院老闆及服務人員都非常熱情，周到，親自接送提行李，提供各種遊玩，用餐建議，住宿設施齊全，乾淨衞生，免費提供了房間升級，每天還貼心贈送酸奶，讓人感覺賓至如歸，拙院是最滿意的一次住宿。

民宿位置非常好，在古城中心位置，到沱江跳巖和雪橋步行衹需2分鐘，距離停車場也很近，從停車場到民宿也知衹需1分鐘。民宿設施很完美，中式裝修風格，衞生工作更是特別細緻，晚上睡覺也特別安靜。一樓是公區，有個獨立小院，單間茶室，可以喝茶聊天，前台也是在一樓。早餐都是現做現吃，特別美味。更值得一提的是老闆和工作人員都特別熱情和細心，從入住到離店，都感受到家一樣的温暖。值得點贊，更值得推薦～

民宿的老闆和服務員都非常熱情、周到。我的朋友腸胃有點兒不舒服，他們主動熬了紅糖薑茶送過來，對於我們出行也給出了比較妥帖的建議，還幫忙提行李叫車。早餐也很豐富，出去遊玩也會各種細緻提示，讓我們的旅程充滿了温馨！店裡還有三衹很可愛的布偶貓，喜歡貓的朋友也會有驚喜！！

此次國慶出行中，最令人難忘和舒心酒店，沒有之一～位置沱江中游，鬧中取靜，服務更是無可挑剔。從入住前一天起，感受到了滿滿的熱情和體貼，提前確認到達方式發送定位，當天不僅主動到我們的下車地點迎接，還貼心地幫我們搬運行李，入住過程輕鬆愉快～原本每個房間贈送一份的苗服體驗，因為我們是閨蜜出行，也非常nice的答應贈送兩份 早餐也非常喜歡，是家裡早餐的那種健康滿足感，煎蛋更是yyds 離開時，也無比周到，不僅幫忙拎行李，還親自送我們去打車 總之吧，這次住宿是整個國慶行程中最滿意的一環，是會再次入住的那種，無論是酒店的環境、服務還是設施
