We stayed here for one night and the hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were spacious and the staff was all very friendly. My only complaint was that parking is very limited and people just kind of park wherever and however they want. I was pulling a enclosed moving trailer and luckily I was able to find an area to make it work but for those thinking of staying here with a trailer, plan accordingly or you may be unable to park.

Absolute lunatic working the front desk. Apparently they had a mix up and didn't know what room guests were in so they came pounding on our door at 1030 pm screaming at us! This is NOT a guest problem, you gave us the key and told us what room was ours. On top of that it is incredibly loud. Worst hotel experience and I've been to a LOT of places.

We were greeted by a friendly front desk lady who checked us in quickly with no hassle. Our suite was clean, spacious and comfortable with a large refrigerator, microwave, and all the amenities of home. The only negative aspect of the stay were the bathroom doors. It is only a sliding door which offers no privacy, in a place where privacy is often needed. The breakfast attendant and the front desk morning gal were exceptional. The breakfast attendant was serious about keeping breakfast items stocked and the area clean, all with a big smile on her face. Both she and the front desk gal, answered all of our questions regarding places to go and how to get there. They were friendly, professional and very helpful.

Loved our stay, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. We stayed on the 1st floor and could hear alot of doors and a few dogs barking (which started our dogs to bark) but it was fine. We'll be staying again on our way back through in a week.

Wonderful 2 night stay. We are locals but our air conditions gave out at nearly 11:00PM. We were able to call late and get a one-bedroom king suite without a reservation, thankfully. Very nice clean room with a separate bedroom off the living room/kitchen. Love the fully stocked kitchen and dining room table, as we ordered takeout for our meals and was nice to have real plates and silverware. Dishwasher was a definite plus, and nice to have a full-size fridge! Bathroom now comes with shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers which we liked. Super fluffy towels. King bed was comfortable with nice pillows. TV in the bedroom and in the living room made our differences in movie choices easy. Great Wi fi connection. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Wasn't super thrilled with the free breakfast (no pastries, cold cereal, no meat, no OJ. coffee bar was disappointing, no flavored creamer). But Denny's and IHOP are just down the road, so we ordered quick takeout and brought it back to the room. Room was surprisingly quiet with all the traffic on Davis HWY. Each room had their own thermostats, which was appreciated! I would say that the sliding barn style door for the bathroom was a bit noisy for any light sleepers. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent guest service ! Beautiful large spacious room. Shampoo, soap and lotion available in room. Very clean well kept. Continental breakfast good well stalked with a variety of egg dishes and juice. Lobby area clean and nicely decorated.

I had a brief stay at this particular location checking in straight from the airport to the hotel. This property is fairly new and very much well kept. From the time you walk in the door the lobby, it is Pleasant welcoming, for you and family friendly if that is your particular situation. There's plenty of seating if you wanted to Lounge in the seating area. The Ladies at the desk are absolutely amazing as far as the customer service. I can't really remember the young lady's name but she wore a LSU pull over at check-in and when I checked out she was there too..very kind and sweet, along with the other guest representative. Once I received my room, the elevator waiting area was very clean and put together, welcoming. Once I got to my floor, although housekeeping was in the middle of their cleaning, I was still able to check in fairly early which was around 11:00 a.m. I was very appreciative of that. I walked into my room and I'm never failed when it comes to Home2suites by Hilton! These are one of my favorite locations to stay in. They are my go-to no matter what city I am in! It was beyond amazing. It was very clean and well put together. There was very clean white linens in the bathroom area, it did not look like they had been washed 1 million times and reused. The Linens were folded very neatly the bathroom was very clean shower area which I always pay particular attention to, was very clean there was NO hair on the floor or on the glass. They have a built-in shampoo, conditioner and body wash so that is convenient, so you don't have to use your own. The bed slept very well. There is a seating area if you wanted to have a guest over or if you did not want to get in the bed right away to watch the television. The coach had a few stains on it, but it didnt trump the large size of the room and the cleanliness. The television is very big and it swiveled to both sides, just in case you moved from one side of the room to another. Thank you for the CLOCK in the room! I stay in hotels all over the country and clocks just aren't common! I had a great night's rest in this huge full kitchen and small seating area room. The kitchen is equipped with microwave,full stove, oven, and refrigerator, cabinets, dishes and cleaning materials. There is a full breakfast included, consisting of Egg omelets, cereal, bagels, assortments of breads and toast, juices, milk, waters, coffee, pancakes, waffles, and French toast. There are veggie options, and vegan options with fresh fruit options. This is definitely a great stay!

Was working a swim event at UWF and decides to try out the Home2Suites. I was welcomed when I checked in and had a clean and quiet room on first floor. Did not get a breakfast as I was running late, so I cannot comment on it. My biggest challenge was the access to hotel from Davis drive. Since I was working at WFU, I had to drive 1 mile to-do a Uturn to go right direction. Coming from I-10 younhave to loop down to u-turn back to driveway. Great rooms, but the driving delay will push me to a different location with easier entry exit to all directions of Pensacola.
