I booked table set for Birthday Celebration and the experience was impressive especially the hospitality and the music band. The food was good I recommend the place for any special event or occasion.................. Amazing Place ❤️❤️

10 out of 10...10/10, I'm so happy, Manager Mr. Ahmad and Ms. Melinda reception, they are amazing, The foods are good and the rooms are perfect, We love it❤️! And the venue for the event is PERFECT, everyone go home with the on their face. Good Job!

We spend the new year eve there verynice atmosphere i recommend it very nice food also and there is live cooking with gifts and rewards , hotel is clean and staff very friendly i hope to visit it again next year with my family and friends very nice

We had a private event today that was wonderfully catered. The service was exceptional with more than event wait staff to accommodate any of our requests, even before asked the staff were at the ready. The decor was very lovely and set up comfortably and the food was so delicious with a great deal of selection. There was a great deal of attention to detail from the beginning to end of our event. All was excellent!

The experience with food are superb, the environment, the accommodating staff, the very good to excellent services, cozy ambiance, exposure to new milieu with friends , its privacy to chat with no worries to deal with no ambivalence feeling is really satisfying. Convenient stay throughout my visit at Kuwait. Very relax and calm without any unnecessary noise. Housekeeping and laundry are perfect. Breakfast food is ok, perhaps can give more varieties of food selection for different days. Keep up the good job

It seems that the hotel, which has not responded to my read-receipt email for six days, does not care about a guest who has spent the last 181 nights in luxury suites both inside and outside Kuwait and is ready for more stays. A cold reception from the front desk manager. A well-intended welcome email from a reception staff member. Food that is, at best, of decent quality. Delays in fulfilling even the simplest requests. No price offer or welcoming approach in their dealings. Agoda offers better rates. If I decide to extend my stay, I might book through Agoda.
