O quarto não estava limpo e empoeirado em todos os lugares. Embora o perfil do hotel mostre que o elevador está disponível, nosso quarto não tinha acesso ao elevador. Tivemos que levantar nossas malas para o andar térreo e depois para fora para pegar um táxi e a equipe não pareceu se importar em ajudar. Definitivamente não recomendo este hotel

A equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa e a localização é muito boa. Pegamos a Junior Suite, que é o melhor quarto de acordo com eles, mas o banheiro era muito desconfortável de usar, pois não havia divisórias e o quarto inteiro ficava molhado. Além disso, os tamanhos dos quartos são bem pequenos. O café da manhã foi decente e vou destacar novamente que a equipe deste hotel é muito amigável. Se você conseguir uma tarifa de cerca de € 200-€ 250 para a suíte júnior com terraço, então está tudo bem.

Hotel boutique bacana e limpo. Pegamos 2 quartos e eles nos deram quartos adjacentes. Um quarto era muito limpo e tudo estava bem. O segundo quarto tinha camas e banheiro limpos, mas notamos pequenas partículas pretas voando no ar. Meu marido disse que provavelmente é poeira das saídas de ar e talvez o quarto não tenha sido usado por muito tempo. Tenho alergia a poeira, então comecei a espirrar. No geral, a experiência foi boa, equipe amigável. Não optamos pelo café da manhã, pois queríamos conferir os cafés locais. A melhor experiência foi que havia um mercado de Natal a 10 minutos de caminhada e um bom café para o café da manhã. Também sentimos que era um bairro seguro, pois caminhamos do mercado até o hotel tarde da noite e era tranquilo, bem iluminado e com pessoas andando nas ruas. Ficamos lá por 3 noites e pudemos experimentar muitas coisas ao redor.

Nossa estadia neste hotel foi decepcionante, principalmente devido à gritante incompatibilidade entre o preço exorbitante e a qualidade do quarto. As imagens e descrições online pintaram um quadro muito mais atraente do que a realidade. Os quartos estavam desatualizados e precisavam muito de reforma. Achei difícil justificar o alto custo para uma experiência tão sem graça. Tenha cuidado ao considerar este hotel para sua estadia.

Beautiful boutique hotel, perfect for a long weekend stay! 15-20 minute walk into the city centre, near to the river and in a quiet part of the city. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The decor was beautiful. Lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy the city views too!

What a fabulous stay we had at this hotel. The room was lovely, very comfy bed and great air conditioning which cooled us down when we came back from exploring Florence in the hot weather. The staff were exceptional, a special mention to Fabio who always went above and beyond. We mentioned we were going on a trip I’ve Day do needed a taxi booking for 630. Not only did Fabio book the taxi he also arranged breakfast boxes for us as we wound muss breakfast. The rooftop terrace was lovely too to take in the views and provided one of the best spots to watch the fireworks to celebrate San Giovanni.

the most horrible hotel and management! After we announced that we would be arriving after midnight, due to a flight delay, they accommodated us in a room on the mezzanine, right next to the breakfast room. We couldn't sleep because of the clatter of plates and cutlery. The room was full of mold, located on the mezzanine, with crumbling walls, damaged furniture, hair in the shower cabin and in the bathroom on the floor, dirty towels. In the morning at 7 o'clock we asked for a room where we could sleep (we had arrived at 3 in the morning), they proposed to change the room after lunch. We requested to go to a hotel where we can sleep at least for a few hours, they said that we can leave and that they will reimburse us the entire amount paid. Now, after a week, the manager no longer recognizes this, it is inadmissible and unthinkable for a 4-star hotel in the European Union.

Whoever reckons that this hotel is 'centrally located' is clearly not familiar with Florence. It is a 15 min walk beyond Santa Croce; Santa Croce to Piazza della Signoria is 10 mins; PdS to the Duomo is a further 10 mins. Santa Maria Novella railway station is a further 15 mins. So, 'centrally located' it is not. Biggest criticism, though, is cleanliness. Our bathroom, frankly, was grubby. My wife cleaned it herself! The tiny elevator was also grubby (but we felt that cleaning it too was a step too far). The whole place needs a good 'bottoming' and a far more rigorous and regular cleaning regime putting in place. Breakfast was OK, albeit the hot offering was rudimentary and uninteresting. There was a reasonable supply of cold offerings. The lady in charge of the breakfast room was a sweetie. Our room was 403 - AVOID!!! It had no windows, only skylights, terribly claustrophobic. We asked about moving rooms but were told that the hotel was full, but they would 'see what they could do' later in the week. We heard no more about it. We had lost the will to live by then. Best thing about the hotel was Carlotta on Reception. Unfailingly pleasant and helpful. It's not her fault that her colleagues elsewhere let her down - particularly in the housekeeping/cleaning department(s). So, not a good experience, would not recommend.
