Tru by Hilton Fort Wayne North

Pretty new hotel, amazing staff. The breakfast is nice. I would definitely recommend this for business travels.

很普通的商務酒店。入住時體驗很一般，遇到有禮貌的傲慢（不知他的優越感在哪）。房間新裝修，有點辣眼睛。晚上房間很吵，是外面高速公路的聲音加空調管道的聲音。第二天晚上半夜12點半，第一天入住接待的服務員用力砸門，説來幫更換毛巾，我們根本沒有要求換毛巾，而且當時門口掛了請勿打擾的牌子。非常沒有安全感。不敢住了，要求提前退房。訂了9晚衹住了2晚，他們不答應退錢。好在攜程管家不厭其煩幫忙溝通代理商和酒店，最後衹多扣了一天房費。非常不推薦該酒店。也感謝攜程的貼心服務。

Very clean and well maintained property with a fun and quirky decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average. The room was a little on the samll size, but very clean with a comforable mattress and good quality linens.

Nice Hilton; right off the expressway. Unique vibes; geared toward younger people and people who like bright colors and trendy furniture. Rooms were quiet enough; yet not quite enough for me to give a 5-star review. I needed to get some work done and didn't really have a great place to do it. The bed was a little on the soft side. Yet, overall, I'd stay here again - only small stuff - and this Hilton is solidly above average for attention, easy access, and cleanliness.

TV next door heard until 2AM. Walls seemed to thin, allowing noise into our room. This was our first time in a TRU, don't know if all of them are like this. Very clean and staff accommodated us well. Newer design and "modern" feel to the room. Did not complain about room because they would know it was... afraid to complain.

Fun place for overnight. Love the digital key. No stopping or waiting at the front desk. Very well stocked snack store. Pool table and games in the colorful lobby. Room was clean, but tiny. Husband didn't like the lack of carpet. No place to unpack a suitcase so would not want to spend a week here. Bed was hard and pillows were mushy. Breakfast was good. Automatic pancake maker I have never seen before, but was looking forward to the create your own special donut they advertised on the tv in the room only to find no donuts.

This is the newest hotel/motel in Fort Wayne and close to where I needed to be on the northwest side. Tru is different, the lobby resembles an elementary school with lots of colors and an array of different seating options. A hot breakfast is served there, the choices and quality are good and they have an automated pancake machine. The staff is friendly and helpful--our first room was on the interstate side and had too much road noise, so they moved us to the quiet side. The rooms are small but clean, the bathrooms are are spacious and clean with a nice shower. An idea for improvement is 100% cotton sheets, the polyester ones are too hot and clingy. Also the heaters seem to have a 4 degree offset so the room gets cool then pretty warm in the winter. Overall a nice new place.

Booked King room for one night. I would have been very upset if I paid full Hilton Honors cost for this room. Definitely the Southwest Airlines of hotel rooms. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, no real furniture, no closet only hooks on the wall, one paper cup in bathroom, shortest king bed I’ve slept in. Be aware before booking.
