Hotel bonito, ótima localização para o efeito (estádio Deutsche Bank Park), quarto grande limpo, boa cama e fantástico pequeno almoço, funcionários simpáticos.

Location wise quite good, close to light rail and train station. If Frankfurt gets boring, try Mainz which is only 40 mins away from this hotel.

The rooms were small, the bed was not clean at all and could clearly see hair on bed when I checked in. There were no toiletries in the washroom. Overall very bad experience and will never recommend anyone to stay here..

4 stars hotel located outside the center of Frankfurt city. It is very convenient to take 30mins by either atram or S-Baun to Romberburg.

Nice hotel, helpful staff (with early check in available), pool was closed which upset me. Location was excellent as I travelled to watch euro games, so very close and convenient for traveling to stadion. Breakfast was good. All in all I recommend hotel for tourists

Bad reception, their crews all wear a poker face , not friendly at all . Don’t know how they still exist.

The hotel is very old, and the front desk is under staffed. There are many issues and front desk have to spend a lot of time with those travelers, yet people are waiting on the line. The phone is not working… and front door is blocked with very ugly boards looking really bad. The room is clean but faucets and towels doesn’t loook fresh. They room keys doesn’t work after couple hours…. So had to go to front desk, which has a lot of angry customers , so more waiting… Conclusions ,for the money, the location is good , 15min to go to train station or airport. Bottom line: need to be patient… It was nice to have two bottle of water.

Frankfurt crow plaza hotel is just 20 minutes drive from the Frankfurt airport. The hotel has one swimming pool of 4 feet depth , saunas for men and women separately . Remember to bring euro type charger for your mobile phones. Next to the hotel are Little Shanghai Chinese Restaurant and one Tandoor Indian restaurant. At 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel is Aldi Supermarket?

Very thing is quite good. Few minutes to airport, comfortable bed.

Nice hotel, very disappointed with the staff at the reception… treated myself partner and i with disrespect and honestly think part of their disrespect was due to being Asian. Would never stay here again!

Hotel location is very good close to public transport and lots of shops and restaurants around. Hotel is getting old now and needs to renovate soon. Room lobby looks quite old.
