Great place! Hit all the right boxes - good location, friendly staff, close to key attractions. Friendly staff were really helpful. Thanks. Down the road there’s a great Thai massage place which was helpful to recharge from all the travelling.

We had a large loft with a huge bathroom. The bed was comfy although the sofa bed wasn’t that great. The stairs to the top bedroom are kinda tricky for elder people but at the end, by just going up very careful there’s no risk. The breakfast was great, with lots of food and German options.

Do not go here. Rooms are very very small and old. Hotel geberally looks very old and dirty. The worst part is that the rooms are extremely hot and that no airco is available. Pictures at bookingswebsites look quite different compared to the actual room.

Unbelievable behaviour. RUDE STAFF, but unbelievably RUDE. The first day, the desklady wanted to send us to the most expensive parking and, as well unbelievably, she did not know where It was, even if the cheapest option was in the Next street. They don't clean the rooms. They give you a voucher and you have to decide between the cleening and a drink at the bar. A 3 star hotel at 100€ per night and they don't automatically clean. The people at the desk Talk to you in a very rude manner. We cannot say that any of them was nice to us. None of them. They even Talk to you in German even though it's pretty obvious we don't. We had a problem Booking the dates, as we made a mistake and reserved the room for one less day than we thought. They did not even tried to reach out to us (they say they called and our phone number was wrong - can happen- but no emails neither Contact through the Booking app) and when we arrived to the hotel, again, a rude person in the desk told us that we had to pay the room and leave the hotel because It was full. Everything was unbelievable. We Will not return, even if the location was pretty good. I have never suffered such a bad behaved staff.

Très bon hôtel, chambres rénovées, grand confort. Parking à l’hôtel directement. Calme et seulement à 2 minutes du centre ville. Idéal pour le week-end. Le Check-in est un peu long. À part ceci c’est top. La chambre est grande et les lits très agréables

+ reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet + zentrale Lage aber trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen + einfaches aber zweckmässiges Zimmer mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank + Helles Badezimmer - kleines Bett mit einer sehr harten Matratze - früheres Checkin hat trotz Anfrage nicht geklappt Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, im grossen und ganzen aber ein ideales Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Très bon accueil avec de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux et le personnel est aimable et souriant. La chambre était propre avec une bouteille d'eau et des bonbons en guise de bienvenue. Hôtel bien placé à qlq minutes de la vieille Ville . Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour

We bleven 2 nachten in dit hotel. We boekten dit hotel online. De foto's van de kamer kwamen niet overeen met de daadwerkelijke kamer (deze was veel meer verouderd). Over het algemeen geeft dit hotel een zeer verouderde indruk. Het ontbijt was voldoende gevarieerd, maar de koffie was van een ondermaatse kwaliteit. Het hotel krijgt 3 sterren (volgens de Duitse normen), maar dit is het zeker niet waard.

Sehr zentrale Lage nahe der Innenstadt und am Stadtpark. Dadurch recht ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Zimmergrösse war nicht übertrieben aber reicht vollkommen aus. Eigene Bar, so dass man noch etwas im aller Ruhe draussen trinken kann.
