I have met some of the best employees both at the reception and in the restaurant. They are really friendly and helpful. My stay at the hotel was a magnificent experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. If I return to *****, I will definitely stay at the Premium Hotel again."

If you want to have a sleep luxury and a staycation I could recommend this property. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is nice as well as the service especially the young lad who assist us with our luggage and from the breakfast's as well. They’re all very helpful and very welcoming . Thanks to your top notch hospitality.

I communicated with the hotel via email 1st. They were prompt in their replies. check in was fast and front desk staffs were helpful, providing information and helping with taxi booking etc. Room was spacious and comfortable. Heater in the room was warm which was great in the winter and wifi was strong. Everything was neat and clean. Buffet breakfast was quite ok although, it would be great to have more food and dessert options provided. Hotel was situated in a very convenient location. There are many shops and restaurants along that stretch. Train station is also nearby. It's a nice walk out. Recommended stay.

We booked 3 twin rooms for 3 ladies (business trip) in the Hotel. 2 days after, we received telephone call from the hotel staff and they kindly informed us about cancelation of our reservations by the Hotel management without any proper clarifications. This is ridiculous behavior to customers. We decided to stop working with the Premium Hotel and advise to do the same to all corporate clients.

This hotel is probably the best hotel in *****. Room is very clean and wifi is fast enough for remote working! Location is also close to the city centre. Highly recommend!

Very nice, comfortable, very clean hotel. Very close (walking distance) to City Center. Very friendly, helpfull, professional staff. Nice, elegant restaurant, rich breakfast. European standards. A newly built hotel, has about 5 floors, very clean and nice. We were greeted by a smiling and very pleasant Maryam on reception who speaks fluent English (an asset in Azerbaijan). Rooms were quickly processed and assigned next to each other. We are a family of 6, so we took triple rooms. Bathrooms were super clean, good clean towels and great house keeping service, very quick. There is a terrace on 1st floor, which is a great place to sit and relax and have food. The two nights that we stayed there, we ate from the hotel's restaurant. Their lentil and chicken soup (without extra oil on top) are great. Pizzas and burgers are good. Just the Lamb Kebabs were too salty for us. Restaurant captain and waiters all very active and provided excellent service. The waiter Muraz is worth mentioning. Would not say we disliked it but the breakfast could be made better with small changes. The breakfast is just as an average 3 star hotel offers, nothing special there. Had 100 kinds of cheese, nuts and jams and butter but no bread. Sausages again were too salty to eat. Boiled eggs were so hard you can poke a hole in the wall with them. No muffins, no croissants, no bread - just some odd tasting cookies. Melons were good as fruit. And also good variety of yoghurt. The management needs to understand that an average traveler/tourist does not need 100 kinds of cheese and nuts. They only need two slices of bread, an omlette or two fried eggs and coffee. Adding a muffin or a croissant on top will make this average breakfast to a very good breakfast.

One of the best places I’ve been visited in *****,it’s very clean,servers was so polite,food was really delicious and portions are good for a price,prices affordable as well!WC was too clean as well,which I’m always checking on hygiene!Thank you so much for opening such a modern place!

Premium Hotel ile bağlı bir kaç şey sıralamak gerekirse… *Otele girişte kaliteyi hissediyorsunuz. *Personel, profesyonel hizmet veriyor gerçekten beğendim. *Odalar, Lobi, Restoran güzel. *Temizlik konusunda 10 üzerinden 10 veriyorum. *Sabah kahvaltısı çok lezzetli. Özellikle Blinçik, yumurta pamidor efsane. Ürünler taze.👏 *İnşallah bu şekilde misafirlere hizmet et**ye devam ederler. Çok teşekkür ederim.🙏❤️🔆✈️🫡
