Awful place. Noisy due to the road and was full of noisy guests shouting late at night. Avoid and find another place to stay. No reception after 1700 at weekends so a kiosk checkin needs to be used. Is more like a student hall of residence than a hotel.

In comparison to most hotels nearer the city centre, this hotel we found was a bargain. A tram stop literally as you step out of the hotel and great public transport links made it easy and convenient to get around. The staff were very friendly and down to earth, welcomed us warmly when we arrived and explained everything well to us. It must be said that they do not always man the reception desk though, so check their working hours. Housekeeping services are not frequent either so have a look if you are staying for more than a few nights - we had two towels to last two people for three nights. Any request for more incurred a charge according to the information in our room. Our room was absolutely spotless. Very good size and a bonus Nespresso coffee machine too. Bathroom and bedroom very small but the living area made up for this. The air con system was rather dated - could have been a bit better if it was integrated like most hotels but kept the living area cool at least. Very noisy. Nonetheless, we never heard another soul during our stay either within or outside the hotel. They have a pass code to enter the front door which was reassuring too. Sadly, we had a little trouble with the safe in the room. It ran out of battery during the night so our valuables got locked in. Thankfully, the reception staff were quick to get our stuff out, but I really don't recommend using them. We felt that luck was on our side that morning due to the desk not always being manned - we had plans booked and simply couldn't wait on someone "coming out." Overall, we would recommend this lovely apartment to all visiting Geneva.

Booked for 22 nights. Studios are spotlessly clean, neat and provides everything for a very comfortable stay. They are equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils. Free transport vouchers are provided within Geneva. The reception staff is extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Für unseren Aufenthalt in Genf suchten wir eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kamen dabei auf das Starling Hotel Residence Geneve, da es alle unsere Anforderungen erfüllte. Im Rahmen eines Aktionsangebots bezahlten wir CHF 144 pro Nacht für ein Superior Studio mit ca. 24m² ohne Frühstück. Das Zimmer war groß, modern und vollständig eingerichtet und sauber, ebenso das dazugehörige Badezimmer. Der Check-in erfolgte schnell und problemlos, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und arbeiteten effizient. Das Bett war bequem und das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Für CHF 15 pro Nacht kann man einen Parkplatz dazumieten, dieser befindet sich auf dem Hotelgelände auf der Rückseite. Da es im Umkreis des Hotels quasi keine kostenlosen Parkplätze gibt, würden qir das Angebot für Autofahrer empfehlen. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es zudem eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle von der aus man in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt von Genf gelangt. Fazit: ein hervorragendes Hotel für eine Stadtereise.

... das Positive; Das Hotel ist selbst zu Fuss sehr gut und einfach zu erreichen, da man nur der Tramlinie 15 folgen muss (ca. 25 Minuten). Das Hotel offeriert beim einchecken ein Gratis- Ticket für die ÖV während des Aufenthaltes. Zimmer einfach und zweckmässig. Scheinen sauber, aber wenn man den Blick hat, gibt's schon einiges zu bemängeln, worauf ich jedoch nicht eingehen werde, da das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis trotz allem stimmt. P.S Ein grosses Plus will ich noch extra erwähnen, ist die "Regen"Dusche (sehr, sehr grosser Duschkopf an der Decke der Duschkabine), definitiv ein Erlebnis für sich. Noch kurz zu Genf selbst, laut, schrill, z.T massiv schlechte Gerüche (wie ne Jauchegrube), viele, wirklich viele Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten und... noch viel mehr seltsame Menschen.
