When we first entered the room, the entire floor was super wet, so I asked the housekeeping to dry the floor. They dry it with a towel.. After that, when we tried to turn on the tv, it didn't work.. so my husband had to go to reception for feedback due to the phone in the room not working at all. After that, they gave us another room and we moved to the 2nd room. The process was fast. In this room, it was clean but I could smell the sewage smell the whole day and in the whole room..which made me uncomfortable. Luckily it was only a 1 night stay. There didn't provide bedroom slippers in our rooms too. The tile floor was icy cold.. The booking was confusing too between the apartments tower and the hotel in Wyndham. The location is good for those who drive a car, otherwise it is inconvenient to go to this place. It's about 10 mins drive from Sky world to this hotel location. Otherwise hotel also provide transportation services RM7 per pax per trip. There are PANAS express convenient shops, so you can get some food there as well if you are hungry in mid night. .

Very nice customer service and reception in the hotel. At first there was a booking ID confirmation issue when we check in the hotel, but the staff has solved it quickly and effectively. Nice work and highly recommended. Nice morning view from hotel room☺️

I was upgraded to their sister hotel next door, the Wyndham Ion Majestic, as a selected customer. The view from the parking lot in the morning was amazing, and the room was very comfortable. ❤️

I booked 4 unit 2 bedroom apartments, one of them had a strong musty smell (Tower 2 Level 22). When the wind is strong at night, door was also blown very noisily. Hotel breakfast is very nice

Room is good sized with a comfortable mattress. Have a dining table but no cutleries. No balcony but comfortable room.

Room is clean and the customer service is very helpful. Breakfast is okay with many varieties available.  We have a pleasant stay there. By the way, recommended to have own transport for the conveniency. Travel to Genting especially during night time need to be careful, especially during raining day with thick fogs.

Thanks for the owner i got upgraded to Whyndam Ion Majestic. So lucky the reception said im the choosen one. The hotel really new and pretty. Service of the hoteliers really great. The breakfast really really nice with lot of varieties. The hotel room so nice have some small pantry. Really enjoy and will go back here again for sure

Air con need to service regularly, at least clean the air filter regularly. Anyway view was amazing and I enjoy the stay very much.

Tips - whoever is going to stay here makes sure to come at night. If not you have to wait so long for the room.
