super inlove w the place! it was clean and comfortable! although it was a distance away, we definitely will come back and i do appreciate nadia and nisa for understanding the late check in and out we have! highly recommend to those who’d wanna stay at genting highlands!

1.No free parking. Parking so expensive. Per entry rm8. Meaning if u go in and out 3 times for tht day you paying rm24. Not included your overnight parking rm20. This making very inconvenient if you wanted to go Genting top hill many trip per day. No place for you to temporary park ur car. 2. No clear instructions where to unload ur luggage. Thus u need to hand carry all your luggage frm tower 7 to tower 1. Crossing the outdoor busy road. Very inconvenient for elderly and kids, especially raining. Picture as attached. 3. We booked 2 rooms apartment but only provide 1 lift access card. No extra card will be provided! Imagine u hv many families members sharing 1 card. 4. Floor sticky and sofa clothes dirty. 5. Rm200 deposite cash is required if u want your money back fast.

Hotel very good stay , friendly staff & helpful . Room very clean & nice .

The hotel was so good. Will come again. The weather so cool and it's good for honeymoon.

Check in from 11 to 15 July 2024. Check in reception is at carpark level 3 . It was a very bad experience. We were given a room at Tower 5 506 under Ion Delemen Premier suites. When we enter, the floor was dirty. It looks like the place might have been vacant for a while. It had a musty and sewage smell. The table is full of marks that cannot be removed. We asked for high floor but were given level 6. The cabinets in the hall are invaded with cockroaches. The master bedroom bathroom door cannot open wide enough as the hanger bar blocked the door way. They do not provide face towel. The safe in the room cannot be used. The corridor is full of dust and hair with no maintenance done. Call and WhatsApp the receptionist after the sent serviceman to dismantle the bathroom bar. I strongly request for a room change and given Tower 2 Level 16 04 under Grand Ion Delemen Hotel. The management is under Maple Home.The room was better at least the corridor does not look dirty. The living cabinet still have small cockroaches. The drain smell still exists. The master bedroom blanket has red blood stains. It shown that the housekeeping did not send it to wash. Housekeeping only clean your room if u stay more than 4 days. Please do not book this rooms especially if you want a happy trip.

Clean and nice restaurant

The toilet in the room smelled bad for the three days we stayed. When I got up the next morning , I press the cleaning notice in the room ,but no one came to deal with it at 9.30pm. I complained to the management staff in the apps, and the answer I got was that the room could not be cleaned until I stayed for more that four days. In the end, the management staff said they could only change towel for you. Fortunately the staff were polite.

On our last day the shower ran out of water and water was dribbling out. Another room that was booked had a foul smell coming from the toilet that affected the whole room. Might be a drainage problem. Also the issues that we face aren’t quickly resolved as they need to send picture or video for verification which takes awhile. Too many processes which delays things.

It was in a good location. 10 mins to drive up to genting. For the price, it was worth it.

The customer service is terrible, once booked the host never contact us to send check in info. We have to call the customer service last minute before check in to receive all the info. The unit doesn’t provide any cutlery and cleaning detergent. The sofa hand strange feeling while sitting on it, feels like sitting on a wooden bench.

Unit is very clean except for the sofa. Shower area in master room not convenient for elderly
