Shuttle bus is ok and near to first world hotel. Room is spacious. Buy bus fare at hotel is rm7. online purchase for bus is rm6. Customer service is good. Tower 2 ground is the checkin and check out counter.

This hotel is a scam. If you do one thing right for yourself today, choose another spot to stay. Or at least read the Google reviews and figure it out yourself. I booked this hotel via Trip.com. The hotel obviously photoshopped/enhanced the images, as the reality of the rooms was putrid, complimented only by the rude and unprofessional behaviour/attitude of the front desk receptionists. A few sketchy interactions with this hotel that stood out from other "legit" operations below - 1. Reception asked for 150rm cash payment without receipt for early check-in, mind you we were 1 hour early for check-in 2. Reception called the manager when we asked to check out early and get refunded, who, after speaking to her manager, assured us they were apologetic and would give us a full refund via Trip.com; however, when we applied for cancellation/refund, they immediately rejected us. 3.When we were checking in, we overheard the receptionist aggresively telling a guest who was complaining about his room being dirty to go back to his room and wait for the housekeeper. We thought it was pretty weird at the time, but in hindsight, that should'ive been a red flag for us. Proceed with caution guys!

The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition. Upon parking, there is no clear signboard to guide guests for check-in. Another disappointment was seeing a rat in the lobby of this supposed 5-star hotel. In the room, the air conditioning is insufficiently cool and leaks water, which is completely unacceptable. The gym facilities were also poorly maintained and inadequate. During breakfast, some plates were not clean and had visible dust. Overall, this experience fell far short of expectations.

Book this hotel because of good reviews I found online. First we came 2hours early so we approached the front desk to check if we can pre check in. The lady (I didn't bother to get her name) told us cannot (like she looks very tired and annoyed of us) the service is very poor. Location is far from the main attractions booking a shuttle bus is not possible as you need to booked early it is 7RM one way. So this whole time we are booking grab which is expensive at night around 10pm only few drivers. For the room more look like an apartment amenities are so so toilet bath has grime. The worst hotel I ever checked in bed sheets got blood stains, towels got hole and the annoying part is we placed our towels on the floor to get it changed to our surprise it was folded and towel is wet obviously it was our towel used before we left the room. Not recommended.. Not worth the price we paid. Never gonna book this hotel again...

Check in very slow. Reach hotel 3.00pm , 5.00pm get the key. Very bad. Book apartment for 5 people but towels only for 2 person. Ask room service at 6.00 pm and only get at next day..🤦🏼♂️

The bathroom has no ventilation or whatsover Otherwise, the food was good

Not really clean. I still can find a big hair clip belong to the previous gueas. Shower broken.

Everything provided in the room are ok n function well, hotel is clean. However the road that leads to the hotel is badly dirtied by the construction site which is just in front of the hotel, n the much taller under construction building is blocking the view from this hotel.

Hotel location is not too bad considering it’s just less than 10min drive from genting theme park. However if there are no grab service then it will be a bit inconvenient. Basic amenities are just ok. No spoons provided for coffee making and in room refrigerator is spoilt.

The location is away from the main Genting Resort Complex. However, shuttle service is provided up to 2,00am. Since the hotel has several buildings, it can be confusing for the first time. Follow the signage. Generally, the room is clean. During peak hours can be frustrating when you require services. No one is picking-up the phone. The food served in the coffeehouse, Kembali Kitchen is good. For family with kids, there are playground for kids, an indoor swimming pool behind Kompas Cafe. Can be crowded at times.

Driving distance to first world takes up to 15 mins,hotel provides shuttles bus with fee to genting .

The location is not easily accessible as U will need to get yr own transport (Grab) to get to First World location for your meals, shopping and entertainment! The hotel does provide a shuttle however it is chargeable. And at times, the surge in grab pricing can be very high! And there are only 3 small eateries in the hotel. And there is no daily cleaning of the rooms and changing of towels etc. Its more like an apartment as the room is small in size.
