It's a little complicated when we are trying to heading to our room from the hotel lobby, they said the room is located in a different building. The receptionist is so helpful and lead us the way. Clean room and comfortable.

Very lousy system, have kiosk, but broken, also need hybrid like half receptionist half kiosk check in.
Some rooms are very far, not very friendly after a long distance drive.
Request for house keeping? You HAVE TO WAIT 5hrs and remind them AGAIN.

Very nice view from the hotel.
Excellent services and the most prefer restaurant was Chinese Restaurant at Level 1.
We are very satisfied with every day house keeping in the room.

The hotel was overall nice and not as bad as the negative reviews online. Some parts of the room were slightly moldy and dusty, but it was still acceptable considering the location. The reception staff were friendly and professional. Overall, a comfortable stay and worth it.

So far so good, but the location are not such convenient for those who want to go and stay late at genting there.

First of all, we were put up at the yanni hotel instead because the delemon we booked was overbooked.
So the Yanni Onsen Hotel's room we were put in was great. The view was incredible when it was not foggy. The room was decently clean. Toilet bowl and bit wobbly, so we were very careful with that.
Service was terrible on account of the fact that we can not just call the front desk or indeed walk up to the front desk to ask for new towels, they need us to walk to the front desk of the delemon hotel to ask.
Think of it as a very big sized condo estate that has 4 to 6 separate buildings blocks and each block house a different "hotel". They are all connected in some way, walkable but can be a labyrinth at first.
On account of us being spillover from delemon hotel, we would need to pay extra to use the onsen. Whereas Yanni guests have access to it free of charge.
It is also the attitude of the staff and their tone that made us feel, whenever they reminded us we were not their guest technically - less than welcome.
Overall, just book the yanni. Unless they are overbooked and you get put up at the delemon instead, then all bets are off.

This is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below.
1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable.
2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it.
3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.

We stayed at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel in a Two-Bedroom unit on 28 July, arriving and checking in around 6pm. We were shocked at the poor condition and cleanliness of the room.
The toilet had a strong urine smell, there were visible fingerprints on the wardrobe glass, algae growth on the window, stained curtains, dirty and marked walls and doors, and a dusty, dirty floor. The pillowcases smelled as if they had not been changed, and the table top surface was in bad condition.
The condition was so bad that after our dinner, we decided to check out around 9pm on the same day. For a property of this scale, this level of hygiene and maintenance is completely unacceptable. It is clear that the housekeeping standards and upkeep have been severely neglected. This was a very disappointing experience and certainly not what we expected when booking here.

The hotel was dirty. When I checked in around 3 p.m., there was hair in the room and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff were quite unfriendly and did not explain things properly. Lastly, the hotel felt creepy and uncomfortable. 🥲

Great for short trip. Must be prepare to get shuttle bus or drive up to Genting resort. Need to validate your parking card each time you exit the parking to enjoy the free parking.
