Very friendly and extremely helpful staff the room was clean and spacious, breakfast in the restaurant was really nice and great value for money. Only gripe was pillows were too hard apart from that the whole stay was wonderful and I’d definitely return

Stayed here with my partner for a short break away. The stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay again. I'd like to thank the receptionists Andy and Shelly for being so polite and friendly. They always had a smile on their faces which brought us joy during our stay.

While the hotel is on the older side, the staff really make this place something special. My wife booked us a room as we were visiting family. I have had mixed experiences with hotels in the past, so I wasn't expecting much. Still, AJ greeted us warmly at reception and got us sorted straight away - even recommending a local takeaway so we could order some food. The following day, we spoke to the lovely Shelly, and she directed us to the restaurant next door for a delicious cooked breakfast. Great overall experience!

Stayed here mid week Very happy with the cleanliness of the room would definitely come back here again and staff in the corridors were very helpful. Cleaning staff were very polite when I asked for extra toiletries and towels, extremely helpful with all my needs during my stay.

Great staff! Amazing service! Very polite staff and very helpful. Best experience I’ve had from any hotel. A big credit to premier inn company. Great nights sleep, comfy pillows and mattress. Great washing facilities. Amazing service!!

Hotel..no problem. Helpful, courteous staff, and good room. GREAT BED! However, experience was severely tarnished by rude, disrespectful attitude of a staff member of the adjacent restaurant at breakfast time. Instead of checking out feeling relaxed, I left feeling angry.

The staff were excellent and they went out of their way to assist with some specific health related needs . The room was the usual Premier inn standard so you knew what you were getting ,a clean room , a comfy bed , kettle with tea and coffee and the usual soaps etc , all goof things

Amazing staff, especially Alfie and Shelley. Lovely and friendly, helpful as well, the rooms were lovely too, will go above and beyond to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Food in the restaurant is good value for money and tastes good too.

After a very difficult journey down , arriving very late but the young man in reception I believe his name was Aj was most helpful very polite and helped me with my cases , nothing was to much trouble , He is a great ambassador for the premier inn. I hope to see him on my next return .
