I booked onto one of the party nights in December for me and 6 friends back in August last year, paid our deposits and thought no more… then the week before I got a phone call to say the party night had been cancelled but we could still come down for a meal in the bar. This wasn’t what we wanted so I said no thank you, can we just have our money back. That was on 14th December I am still waiting for my money back… the customer service is shocking! I have telephoned several times to ask to speak to a manager and when I say who I am. Low and behold a manager isn’t available! They never ring me back, I’ve emailed again never no reply… so tried to make contact through Facebook they’ve now blocked me! I’m appalled.. it’s £70 for gods sake not going to break the bank for them! But it’s the principle now for me in that it’s my money and it’s theft!! They cancelled not me… so it’s not fair they should be holding onto our deposits! Don’t touch this place with a barge pole!!
