Premier Inn Glasgow City (George Square)

Very basic hotel with little amenities. Quite affordable. Mattresses need to be replaced urgently

Facilities were excellent. Clean. Lovely towels. Good TV. Comfortable climate. Quiet. Easy, courteous check-in. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to tune airport shuttle bus. An excellent alternative to staying at the airport hotels when one’s departure flight is not too early.

房間比想象中要好，乾淨，有浴缸，對於疲憊的我來説，晚上能泡澡是一種享受。 但有個印象深刻的問題，攜程提供的地址與在地圖中直接打開的定位是不一致的，我用的是複製地址在谷歌打開後導航的，結果是二個方向，走了一段冤枉路，這個一定要改過來啊。

比較滿意的一次住宿，關鍵去思克萊德大學學校是方便，出行也方便

Good points: fantastic location, comfy beds, decent breakfast choices, able to leave luggage securely after checkout Bad points: unpleasant smell in first room and significant mould on walls near window. Also discovered mould in the next room I was moved to. Staff did not seem particularly surprised or want to see photos as evidence on either occasion. Unable to submit feedback form.

We stayed one night in room 6 on the lower ground floor. Despite there being a bit of queue to check In and some technical issues with the self service kiosks I was able to check in quickly and relatively easily. Whilst the main reception foyer was a bit rundown the room was very clean and comfortable. Being on the LG floor made it very quiet. I requested an additional bath towel which was quick provided and hassle free. For the price paid I was happy with my stay.

No facilities restaurant was closed booked it back in April room wasn't cleaned despite request that it was. Limited staff at hotel, check in was excruciating. They gave our room to someone else and had to find another room for us there was no maintence team on the Saturday

I have felt for a while now that Premier Inn are no longer the good value & attractive hotels they used to be. The Glasgow George Street hotel can now only be described as "basic." It was unfortunate that the restaurant was closed for rebuilding. (Plenty of excellent breakfast options around the Merchant City, however). The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but there were a few issues which detracted from the quality of our stay. 1): It is extremely annoying that the Wi-fi disconnects from your device every time you stop using it. You have to log in again every time you want to use the internet. 2): There are no glasses into which you can pour your own wine or whatever, just very large & chunky glass coffee mugs. 3): Your room will only be serviced if you request it before 12 noon. I think we will be looking for alternative accommodation for our next visit to UK.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel in as many years and apart from the restaurant being closed for renovation it was very good, as for restaurant? (Never used it before so did not miss it.) The hotel provided tea coffee fruit and croissants in the morning and directions to local alternative restaurants. For the value for money it is 9/10 Friendless and helpfulness of the staff that a 10/10. Location 9/10. A clean room a comfortable bed and quiet at the back of the hotel on the fourth floor. What is there not to like well done all.
