Premier Inn Glasgow Pacific Quay

Michelle going above and beyond to help rectify an error i’d made on my booking. A pleasure to deal with even though she could tell i was frustrated. The hotel and location was great for the gig at the hydro and with brilliant people looking after you during your stay i’d highly recommended

First stay in a PI in over 3 years and only stayed here as we were attending a concert at the Hydro, just a very short walk over the river Apart from the odd thing that is different eg mugs are different and no glasses in the rooms, it was just the same. This property is showing signs of age and needs to deep clean its rooms. Dust under beds, behind TV & pictures, and behind bathroom doors

Always use Premier Inns and I am rarely disappointed. This location is ideal if going to the Hydro with excellent facilities and connections into the city. Book early for the best rates. Just a pity they don’t offer discounts or loyalty points to frequent visitors.

Good price, friendly staff, clean rooms. Can't fault it. Another gig trip stay. Been here before and never a complaint. Will be back again for sure. Never R had breakfast this time but is defo worth it. Bar well enough sticked as well. Comfortable enough for me.

One star for a clean room, with nice view and Costa coffee attached to the hotel. However the room was apparently a Premier Plus room and I was charged £143. The room looked very tired, carpets were old and worn, it was on the top floor. There was no telephone to contact reception, no usb ports, no tissues and a lack of toiletries and glasses in the bathroom, which didn’t have a walk in shower. The tv remote didn’t work properly and the tv couldn’t be turned off. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I had an extended stay in a Premier Inn standard room earlier this year (different hotel) which was by far superior to the ‘plus’ room, I was given. I was extremely disappointed and feel completely ripped off.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel as the view of the river was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, which means I had a really good sleep. The shower was awesome, a big rain shower head. Friendly staff and good food. Will stay here again.
