Our room Was Not cleaned after first night, next moorning we went to the front desk to ask for cleanning Service and the attendant said that they have full schedule for cleanning (???).
I told her that we're supose to stay 3 nights and definitely i Pay for it, so she finally schedule the cleanning, but on bad attitude.
Hotel Provide 2 keys, and second night noone worked. We Went again to front desk and asked to set our keys ready, asking for documents that were inside the room! We ask her to come with us but she refuse. Finally set the key.
This is our second visit to this hotel and the last I hope. Ask for cleanning or basic Service requests should Not be a problem to the customer, that's what we Pay already.
