Harvest Drive Family Inn - Renovated Rooms

I was very happy there was a lady at the front desk both nights we were there. Very friendly. Nice rooms. Loved sitting by the street to see the buggies at night. I was surprised and happy to see 3 beds in the room. My aunt was sad to not see a hair dryer but loved the place.

The harvest family inn was a great hotel. It is in the country very quiet and clean. The room was clean and very pleasant for the money. There was a lady at the desk who was very accommodating and super nice. I would stay here again. Everything was wonderful.

I've stayed here plenty of times. This by far was the worst customer service I ever experienced. I spoke to an individual this time, who I couldn't even understand furthermore, he advised he would be calling me back after he spoke to his superior in regard to concerns. I'm still waiting, he was of no help. I will no longer be staying here nor will I be recommending this place to anyone.

Can’t write a fable experience. When calling the hotel spoke with the lady that we thought was in the office. NOT! Arriving at the hotel, there was a sign that no one is in the office and to call a phone number. The person on the phone was very difficult to speak with!! We got the point where we just wanted our money back or just go to another hotel or go home! The room was disappointing. It didn’t not reflect the countryside. It was more industrial feel. No carpet on the floor so anything on your feet ended up in your bed. The room was not handicap friendly, not grab rails at the tub. The toilet needed to be replaced to accommodate persons who had Knee or back issues. We noticed the beds had a lot of padding! Really a bit too much. We have stayed at this hotel in the past with no problems. The original owners who were in the office to help you with places to visit, eat and events in the area, with the knowledge of being local was helpful.

This facility is horribly managed! My room was not cleaned for 3 out of 4 days, and yet housekeeping said that everything was fine and the room was cleaned! They are not honest! When I checked my bill they also added an “Other Charge” for every night that I stayed. I didn’t get any additional service and in fact didn’t even get the daily cleaning with fresh towels and sheets every day! They are not willing to explain the purpose of this charge either! I would definitely never stay here again and I caution anyone to clearly understand the conditions at this establishment including the fact that most of the time there is no one in the office and all customer support requires you to call a local number since they are not on site.

Nice quiet place with amazing views. The beds were good, pillows were good, shower was great. Friendly& helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was excellent and pristine clean. The host, Nicki was awesome following up and informing my reservation. The beautiful scenery near the hotel looking over the farm and greenery landscape was more than words. The peace and quietness was the highlight of my stay. I have stayed here two other times and this is the only place I will stay when visiting the Amish country in Pennsylvania. The rooms are renovated and very clean and the scenery is absolutely amazing where are you could catch a stunning sunset every night. It is 15 minutes in each direction to everything you need to visit. Diane and the other gentleman in the front office were very hospitable and always so helpful. This is the third time I have stayed there and had a great time every time! This is the only place I will stay when visiting the Amish. I look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I have stayed here several times, so we are familiar with the inn. We like the peaceful,quiet at picturesque views of the countryside. because I have some mobility issues, I asked for a handicap room, which the gentleman I spoke to said we would have. Our room was on the 2nd level of the motel. To get from our parking spot to the motel, we had to go up a high hill and then up a steep ramp,to the room. Once we were in the room,which was very nice, we noticed that there were no grab bars in the bathroom area. These are all accessibility issues, and if a person with certain issues with walking or wheel chairs or other things, they should be addressed when a person books, so they know whether or not they will book the room. The soap also should be a bit larger. This is why I am giving you an average rating.O other than that, we were very satisfied.
