Unfortunately, the use of sound insulation materials in stone rooms is not allowed by historical committees. Our hotel is located in the center of Göreme. A very busy road passes next to our hotel. This is probably why our hotel has a good location! Before choosing our hotel, we think you have looked at the photos and our location. Unfortunately, when we checked our reservation system with the commented username, we could not find any results. We couldn't determine which room you stayed in at our hotel! We checked the rooms and bathrooms in detail after your comment. We detected 2 rooms with loose toilet seats, 3 rooms with loose cabinet handles, and 1 room without a TV remote control. We regret to inform you that we could not detect mold or fungus in our bathrooms and toilets. We would also like to apologize for any uncooked egg you encountered in our hotel, which hosts an average of 3500 - 4000 people a year. Seeing that the room is dirty and staying in the dirty room is a big question mark for us!
