Este hotel foi o melhor de todos os hotéis de caverna em Goreme. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e o CEO era um grande homem com uma grande paixão pela gestão hoteleira. Durante a nossa estadia, ele sempre verificava e prestava atenção se havia algum inconveniente para seus convidados. A refeição foi ótima e a cama era confortável. O passeio de balão foi cancelado devido ao clima, então prolonguei nossa estadia. Se eu voltar à Capadócia, com certeza ficarei neste hotel. Fortemente recomendado

Experiência maravilhosa neste hotel! Localização incrivelmente limpa e central. A equipe é incrível! Tão gentil e fala inglês bem. Eles nos ajudaram a organizar transporte para o aeroporto e atividades. No geral recomendaria definitivamente.

I book this hotel after one week of thinking haha I really want a hotel with the best balloon view. Best decision ever! Since I arrived at night, I couldn’t really see anything when I went out around 11pm. But the morning came and damn I realized everything was near! The town itself is very close literally 5mins away ahaha. Receptionists especially was very nice huhu I really thanked them from the bottom of my heart especially the one who helped me checked in because initially a different room was given but I talked to him and although it was midnight, he promptly gave me the original room I booked. He said there might be some misunderstandings with the Trip.com but no problems with me at all because he solved it straight away. The room was big for me and the jacuzzi was the best hehe the food was okay. I am a picky eater but glad they have lots of varieties.
Will definitely book this hotel again.

Very good hotel
Unfortunately I just got 1night only, want to extend but fullybooked
Kathir the manager was amazing
He let me got our room on 11 AM
Breakfast was amazing
And just 5minutes walking to the goreme city centre

Everything about my experience in this hotel was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean and warm rooms with homey vibes! Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 🤍

Great location, staff was so helpful. Breakfeast was good as well. Waking up to balloons and go to the roof is a must.
