Super clean! Smelled so good in lobby and common areas. Cute pool, quiet, super friendly staff, and location is perfect…close to inexpensive parking garage and walks downtown. Would definitely come back. Very happy we chose to stay here.

We booked a room through a credit card travel portal about 3 or 4 weeks in advance of our stay. We chose the hotel because it was within walking distance to an event we were attending. When we got there, valeted our car, and brought all of our luggage in to check in, they said they were overbooked and were prioritizing people who booked through the Marriott website. No heads up or advance notice before our 2.5 hour drive. They did give a room to another couple who rode in the same car with us and also booked on a third party site. Go figure. They offered to comp us a hotel that was a 15 minute drive away so definitely not walking distance to the venue. Being Bonvoy members didn't help any. Neither did booking in advance. The managers we spoke to had zero sympathy. 0 stars for real- as we never even made it to a room.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Very friendly staff. The Continental breakfast was delicious and even had little to go boxes! Staff was upfront about the room charges and valet charges. Valet staff was awesome as well! It was very clean and smelled great. Maybe next time we will have a little more time to enjoy the amenities! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!

Wow. We stayed one night while passing through to see friends who live in town. The decor was gorgeous in the lobby, outside and by the modern pool. The room was modern, well appointed with cooking facilities (full fridge, microwave and cook top), desk and couch. This room would work well for a couple or business traveler. The complimentary breakfast was nice too.

We wanted to spend a few days exploring Greenville and the surrounding area. When looking for a hotel we almost chose something near the falls but ended up choosing something more centrally located. I’m kind of a hotel snob and absolutely loved this place. Parking garage next door is $7/day vs valet rates. Easy walk to downtown and the falls. Great staff, beautifully decorated and water and ice in our floor was super handy.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Greenville, it was great! The location is fantastic. Thomas (?) at the front desk was welcoming when we arrived. The parking garage across the street was only $7 for a 24 hour period, so it was affordable to leave our car there for our stay.. Plus we were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit for the day like the zoo, reedy falls, shops, dinner, etc! The building and the room were both clean and we didn’t use the pool but the courtyard looked great too. I was impressed when I walked in considering there’s other options around this price range that aren’t nearly as nice. The vibe is great and felt safe. Will for sure stay here again next time I’m in town!

An excellent Marriott in Greenville. Perfect location and the parking garage next door is very convenient. Rooms were nice and clean and the front desk was extremely helpful. They were also extremely accommodating when I needed late check out.

The facility seems to be fine--typical of expectations for Springhill (clean, functional, and a little pricey, but not enough to scare people away. On the topic of pricing, it should be noted that this hotel refuses to honor their own posted price at the front desk, and will ask you to book yourself online as you stand at the counter if you want them to honor their posted price. Once the online "reservation" has been made, the room paid for, and personal information collected, the front desk staff will ask you to repeat the information you just entered for them. Valet parking is available, but self-parking is at a public garage across the street with no direct access to the hotel.

Great location and customer service. Check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are spacious with nice views. My partner took advantage of their grill. We enjoyed the pool as well as their breakfast. The hotel is located close to downtown and grocery stores. I love their bikes.
