The staff were very friendly, and the view is also very pretty. The room was cozy and my family really liked the design as well. I don't like that there was only single lock to the room, and there weren't many spaces to place my belongings in the bathroom. I wish there were more choices of breakfast as well, but the dinner there was amazing.

房間小而舊， 設施：無空調，無牙刷 衞生：一般 環境：地理位置好，但也看不到少女峯 服務：太差，看不起中國人，訂2間雙床房，還不給小童入住，不可理喻。欺負中國人！還要另外加收小童50瑞郎，交錢後連條毛巾、枕頭都沒給

酒店在grindelwald 另一端上坡，不太近Grindelwald station and Coop，好在門口就係bus 121,122,123，不過一開始自己見Google map話係train station行15分鐘only，點知推行李上斜坡都幾辛苦😂 好在近Pfingstegg 和 First 纜車站，而少女峰就要either 搭bus 121,123或train to Grindelwald Terminal station，轉Eiger Cable car，一係就照去Grindelwald station，坐Train去Kleine Scheidegg 雖然住最高4/F，但房間冇冷氣，d蟲入哂房🫨 但風景係靚既，房又大，最衰冇雪櫃，只能夠在房煮下麵 早餐本身以為好少野食，但有得單獨order hot drink and egg，都幾好食 雖然見酒店餐廳dinner好似好多人贊，但太貴了，最平係4-course menu個d fine din，都要過CHF100

法瑞行程最貴的一家酒店，期望值也比較高，實際住下來覺得不如Zermatt的另一家，房間不算大，高低床很窄，而且為了防止我們用上鋪還鎖住了，這樣孩子坐起來的時候就很容易碰到頭。溝通無果，到德語區的第一天就感覺不好。泳池要收費，感覺有點摳摳索索，Zermatt那家酒店水療和泳池都是免費的。總之不及預期。

A comida do hotel (tanto jantar quanto cafe da manha) é incrível, o hotel usa principalmente produtos locais e naturais. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, ajudam no que precisar e fazem um roteiro personalizado para você na cidade. Os quartos são lindos e confortáveis. Super recomendo.

Due to water damage at Hotel Fiescherblick, we were graciously relocated to the sister hotel next door, where we stayed in a beautifully renovated room. Everything was perfect—the breakfast was delightful, and the staff were exceptional. I cannot express enough gratitude to Ava and Matthias. We were incredibly fortunate to have such warm and generous hosts. Ava not only drove us to the train station but also went out of her way to assist us to meet with my sister and niece, who were stranded at a nearby hotel due to the lack of shuttle service, and the buses weren’t running on schedule that day. Ava’s kindness truly touched us, as she personally ensured we were reunited with my family at the Grindelwald Terminal train station. I will never forget her thoughtfulness and generosity. If we return to Grindelwald this will be the only place we will stay.

We stayed at the family owned hotel next door to the Fiescherblick hotel. Our hotel was built by the grandfather of Mattias over 90 years ago. Mattias is the consumate host. He and his staff will get you situated each day with trails, transportation, dinner plans, etc. The included breakfast was fairly substantial with eggs, breads, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, meats, juices, granola, etc. After a long day of hiking, the one feature of the Fiescherblick hotel is the outdoor salt water hot tub, dry/wet sauna, shower,etc. We are returning next year!

Hotel Fiescherblick provided an exceptional experience! First off, the location sets it apart from many other hotels. It’s just a 10-15 minute walk from the busy center of Grindelwald, making it a nice quiet retreat. While the town can be crowded and noisy, with tourists filling the sidewalks and vehicles passing by, Hotel Fiescherblick offers a peaceful escape. Our room was modern, clean, quiet, well laid out with plenty of space. The bed was comfortable; the walk in shower was large and had great water pressure. The view from our room was amazing! The staff truly made our stay memorable. Every single person we encountered was courteous, kind, and eager to help. We had the pleasure of working with Andrew at the front desk and Eva during breakfast. Andrew was instrumental in helping us plan our hiking adventures, providing invaluable insights to ensure we had enjoyable days. We were grateful for his expertise. As for Eva, she was an absolute delight during breakfast, always warm and considerate, checking in on us and asking about our previous day’s experiences. She excelled in her role! Finally, we enjoyed what was billed as a five-course dinner in their restaurant, but it felt more like eight or nine courses. The food was locally sourced and absolutely delicious! Although it was a bit on the pricey side, the attentive servers truly enhanced our experience. Each time they presented a new dish, they shared a interesting story—everything from its origins in Switzerland to the chef's preparation techniques, and even their own involvement. Every bite came with a tale, making the entire meal a delightful adventure! Thank you, Hotel Fiescherblick, for your wonderful hospitality!

Perfect hotel for our stay in Grindelwald! Up the road a bit from the busier area and bus station but town within walking distance. Bus stop outside makes it convenient with luggage and arrival/departure. Front desk personnel were friendly, helpful on sights to see, and guided us on our weekend adventures! Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Grindelwald!

The hotel is located just passed the main centre of Grindelwald (about a 2min walk) with a very calming vibe as you enter. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable of activities, restaurants and transport in the area. They accommodated an extra request I had for flowers in the room with no fuss at all. We stayed in room 222, which I highly recommend because the views are unmatched, and the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy them from!

Everything about Hotel Fiescherblick exceeded my expectations. It is a very warm and friendly establishment. Check-in was easy as I had done that online. Andrew at the front desk was very helpful throughout my 5-day stay, as was everyone on the staff. And a special thanks to owner Matthias for his great advice and friendly demeanor. My room was superb with very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent shower, as well as 2 balconies, 1 with the BEST view of the Eiger and the other a very tranquil view in the opposite direction. Breakfast was delicious - many options from which to choose. Another great food option is the Umami Works food truck on site at the hotel. Excellent sushi, ramen, udon, etc right there. Also great to have a washer and dryer for guest use. Another plus for me is that Hotel Fiescherblick is a bit removed from the hustle, bustle, and crowds in the village center. Thank you Hotel Fiescherblick! I look forward to a return visit.

My experience at Hotel Fiescherblick was absolutely incredible. The hotel staff, especially Eva, made our stay seamless. They were so kind and gave us so many wonderful recommendations for things to do in town. The rooms were amazing… Our view from our window/patio looked like it was out of a fairytale book. Just incredible! If you are planning to visit Grindelwald, which I absolutely recommend you do, I could not recommend this hotel more. Can’t wait to come back!
