Hotel is very stylish, clean and convenient, right at the center of the beijing walk. Hotel will change the towel everyday and room cleaning as well. Highly recommended.

This hotel is close to Beijing Road. The price is good, but the elevator is quite bad. The room is not very soundproof. The staff is good at taking care of me. Overall, it's okay.

Nice experience overall it's a AI smart hotel btw meaning is very fun to experience with the AI features. The projector in our room is also very good 👍

Really grateful for the help provided by hotel staffs. Experienced some issues checking in but they were really patient and helpful 😉😉 location of this hotel is very convenient too

Great location near Beijing lu and Metro, hotel should impose non-smoking policy. Very few free TV programs. Hotel room no place to sit, luggage has to put on the floor. Using cargo left service.

Notice the bed sheet dirts marks are same for second day , had press the button to clean room bt the bed sheet they had no changed and reuse bck , unless have to mention to change a new one then they will do it for you and had the bed bug. Shower-head water had been cold and too hot even had adjusted .

Good location, but hard to find the lobby hotel. The hotel name in the booking and on the sign board is different

Overall was good just the escalator lift fit only less than 6 person.

The staff was very slow during check-in and check-out. Check-in, in particular, took almost 20-25 minutes. What I find unacceptable is that I booked two rooms at the same price, but one was significantly smaller than the other. When I questioned the receptionist, they said it was due to the building structure. This is the most ridiculous answer I've ever heard. If the room sizes differ due to the building structure, the prices should reflect that difference. This feels like cheating the consumer. Also, don't be swayed by the 5-star reviews. Before you check out, the staff pressures you to give a 5-star review by offering cash rebates or a late check-out at 2 pm.
