Resposta da propriedade: 尊敬的顧客您好，關於您提出蟲子一事，酒店方瞭解了情況，您告知前台後，工作人員第一時間就去房間查看，並未找到哦，且您預訂的房間是靠小區方向，小區內綠化較多，且本酒店只有2-3層兩層客房，樓層較矮，房間都有紗窗防止通風時蚊蟲類進入。因廣州8月下旬期間連續陣雨＋暴雨天氣，導致空氣濕潤，您入住後如有打開紗窗，可能會存在飛蟲進入。工作人員到達現場後未發現的同時並徵求您的意見給您免費升級房間換房後入住。給您帶來的不便酒店很抱歉，再次致以誠摯的歉意。願您以後工作順利，暴富暴美~ღ（ ´･ᴗ･` ）比心
